Kaanapali Royal does not offer free parking. There is a flat $160 parking fee per stay (not per day), which is paid when you register your vehicle at the Kaanapali Royal Office.
The one-time parking fee includes one parking space for your entire stay. A second vehicle must be approved in advance by the Kaanapali Royal manager. Golf carts and scooters are not permitted.

The most comfortable beds ever! I loved waking every morning with my coffee on the balcony. We grilled burgers on the balcony grill. Kitchen is well stocked and we had many meals at our place. Close vicinity to Whalers Village and a fantastic beach. We used the beach towels and chairs that come with property and rented snorkel gear from a shop in Whalers Village. I highly recommend this unit and would stay again.

We expected that this would be a pretty good place. It massively exceeded expectations. The owners are the best we have ever experienced with any VRBO. They are so helpful and respond to all questions quickly! 8 minute walk to shops and beach. Great toys and chairs and tons of space. I don’t do reviews often, but this one needed to be done.

Very nice condo on a beautiful property

The condo was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked. The condo had a nice view of the property as well as the pool area and the ocean. The host was very friendly and very accommodating. The condo is walking distance to Whalers Village and Ka’anapali beach. We definitely will return to this condo in the future.

I don’t know where to begin to rave about our experience! From the stocked kitchen to the amazing location to the comfy beds

Kitchen was well stocked with most things needed to entertain and serve meals. Decor is a bit dated but property is clean and well maintained. Nice outdoor lanai, with a barbecue. It is a gated community which was nice.

Can’t ask for more when it comes to location. It’s near everything you need for an amazing family trip. Funny enough our kids looked forward to the pool and hot tub every night after long days at the beach.

Family 40th Birthday trip

A little bit of a walk to the beach black rock beach is great! Snorkeled, golfed, close by everything including restaurants. Had a great time!

Fantastic~

This was perfect for our family vacation! We loved every minute, it felt like home-away from home. We have added this to our favorite places, we will come back to stay! Our family had the absolute best Christmas vacation stay here! The condo was so well-appointed, clean and offered some of the best views! The proximity to Whaler's Village and the beach were perfect. This is one of our top vacation rentals ever! Highly recommend!
