Kaanapali Royal G102 is the perfect getaway for your next Maui vacation! This condo has been remodeled with tiled floors, granite countertops and stainless appliances (new stove not pictured). The floor plan was designed with access from both the living room and the master bedroom out to the spacious outdoor lanai area which hosts a seating area off the bedroom for morning coffee, a large dining table and Weber Gas BBQ grill.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Perfectly serene

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed here for a week. It was perfectly serene. We ate meals on the patio, had space between our bedrooms, and enjoyed the pool/spa. It was a quick walk to Whaler's Village, the beach, or a stroll around the golf course. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to enjoy with family or friends.

Vacation from hell due to poor property management

Good location, beautiful grounds, beds in poor condition, horrible response from property management (2 days to fix failed air conditioner, 2 days to provide plumber to fix overflow of kitchen sink and dishwasher and 2 days to replace dirty towels we had to use to clean up the horrible mess).

Disappointed for our 10 year anniversary...left holding the very large bill

Not very flexible for early check-in. Just Painted so the smell was bad, also the left over dust all over the floors. Dust everywhere as if this place has not been rented in months. The pull out bed was broken, we had 6 adults and only two beds. Complaints to who ever I was in communication with were left unanswered. Broken ceiling fan remote left the fan on in the bedroom for our entire stay. Seems like property is double dipping cause they charge us parking per day even though I'm sure owners already pay HOA's to covet parking. Can't say I would recommend this place especially for milestone events.

Place was just as described. Communication was very good. Check-in and check-out didn’t require any human interaction, but there was plenty of info communicated to ensure both processes were easy and seamless. The condo had everything we needed: towels, beach towels, basic toiletries, even an ice cooler and extra boogie boards. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We especially loved the backyard patio. It was a great place to chill. The grounds were well taken care of. The pool and hot tub where within walking distance and we enjoyed using them at night.

We had a fabulous time and our condo was perfect!!

Everything was fabulous- we all enjoyed ourselves very much!! We rented two units next to one another so it worked out well going back and forth. The condo is beautiful. The only thing that is not usable is the hide a bed but we didn’t need it anyway. We definitely will request to stay here again! 😊

A nice property and we enjoyed our stay, however a few problems. Check in on Saturday was complicated. No gate access number was supplied and the resort office was closed on weekends. It took a few phone calls to resolve. The guest bathroom floor was a little dirty. Unfortunately my guest did not mention it until the end of the week. I am sure if I would have reported it, the management team would have addressed the issue. And last the location description is a little misleading. "Nestled between the golf course and the beach" is misleading. The golf course is between the unit and the beach.

Terrible!

The condo was filthy; a big glob of hair stuck to the wall in the shower, the last renters loofa hooked to the shower curtain, a beer bottle filled with cigarette butts sat on the patio. Every surface was sticky and every dish needed to be washed before we could use it. We had no TV and no WiFi for all but the last day of our trip. We couldn’t bathe our kids in the bathtub because the drain stopper is broken. Everything about this condo was a disappointment.

Condo was very spacious and well appointed. Very convenient to everything we wanted access to on Kaanapali Beach. Great spot in the complex - tucked into a quiet corner within view and a quick walk to the pool. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, quiet & family oriented in a gated community on a golf course. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, & shops at Whaler’s Village. Well appointed first floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with an expansive patio and easy access to pool. Unit includes use of beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc. First floor access was convenient with us having a 16 month old and a stroller, etc. Great visit!

The condo was fabulous! A short walk to Kaanapali Beach, Whalers Village and great restaurants. The condo had everything you need, was clean and spacious. The beach chairs and beach cooler made going to the beach great! I would book this again in heartbeat. One of the best we’ve ever stayed at.

Brought the kids for a week, pool was perfect for after beach fun. Amazing views, overlooking the golf course, easy access from lot to door, condo was in amazing condition, extra beach chairs and umbrella and fins were a surprise and really useful. Condo layout was perfect for my wife two little ones and my mother (for babysitting) lanai was amazing, bbq perfect for our burgers and brats night, amazing views while eating. Would recommend 10/10

A little bit of paradise

We loved this ground floor condo unit and the luscious grounds around it. Every morning, breakfast on the lanai overlooking the pool and beautiful garden, in the evening a dip in the pool and so many stars. Fully equipped kitchen (salt and pepper is all that’s provided) and two baths and bedrooms which worked perfectly for our family of 5. (the 2nd bedroom has a queen and then a little side alcove bed). It's about a 15 minute walk to Whaler's Village, restaurants and the beach but it's a really pretty walk and there is parking if you choose to drive. Being in Kaanapali made it a good central location to venture north to beaches, hiking and blowhole, and south to Haleakala and Iao Valley etc. Highly recommend planning a trip upcountry in the evening where you can pull over to the side of the road and see an incredible dome of stars around you. The unit provides 4 beach chairs and 5 beach towels which really came in handy during our stay. Beds were very comfortable and the living area had plenty of places for 5 of us to stretch out (a problem with other places we have stayed). The property managers were always quick to reply to questions. They provide a starter pack of TP and soap, etc so if your trip is longer than a few days just know you'll be responsible for buying more dishwashing pods, soap, laundry detergent, etc and you'll need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner. Overall I would recommend it and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only downside if it matters is it is not ocean front. What I also liked was how uncrowded it was here as the whole place was at 50% capacity. Our kids delighted in spotting the cats and chickens that roamed the property, frogs that came out at night, and the little birds who came to visit us outside at every meal. :)

Perfect location for what we were looking for. This specific condo was close to the pool and an easy walk to Whalers Village or the beach. Would highly recommend.

Great location

The location to be right by Kaanapali beach and Whalers Village was great! Pool was nice and clean and we loved how big it was. The two pieces of feedback I would have is they’ve got to figure out the musty smell...we bought an air freshener which helped but the smell never really went away. Also, we rented the place because it had AC but they lock it at 70. Makes sense to keep it locked but I did message to try and have it unlocked so we could set it cooler just at night but unfortunately never heard back. Overall, great space, awesome layout, starter kit is a plus and the pool is amazing.

It was a nice place with a few issues.

The condo was definitely large enough for four adults and it had everything that you would need. Unfortunately, we had a few issues during our stay. The tub in the master bedroom would back up when the washer was being used. It had black sand, hair and a lot of suds. We had to use the other restroom, so we would not slip in the tub. In the kitchen near the counter there was a leak between the walls. We had to use our towels, sheets and blankets to clean the mess. We called management and they came within the hour. Unfortunately, the tub was not repaired but the kitchen was repaired on the last day of our stay. I was expecting to receive part of refund for the inconvenience.
