The stay was good overall. The condo was nice with most everything you need. The beach chairs and cooler were a nice touch. The walk to the beach was a little further than we anticipated, but was only an issue if you are carrying a bunch of stuff down to the beach for the day. There is parking at the beach, but it gets filled up quickly. Outside deck was very nice and roomy with a great BBQ as well. There is a Safeway 5 minute drive away, as well as Whalers Village which is a 12 minute walk. Property management company was excellent to deal with. We would come back again to this condo.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday a couple of weeks ago. We absolutely loved the condo! It’s beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need. Can’t recommend it enough, we’d love to come back and stay there again. It’s only like a 10 minute walk to the beach/Whaler’s Village and the walk is along a scenic golf course so it wasn’t bad at all. Had happy hour at Whaler’s Village multiple times. They even provide beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool floats. Enjoyed many breakfasts on the beautiful lanai and used the grill for a dinner or two, it worked perfectly. Unrelated, but highly recommend getting the guava cheesecake from Costco!

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights in June 2025. Great place overall! It was well spacious for us. The view was great and the place was spotless. They also had some beach chairs and stuff for us to use. Parking was flat fee that we paid directly to Kaanapali Royal. I’m very glad I found this place, as I already assumed it was gonna be impossible to find a place within our budget in Lahaina area.

This was a great location in Kaanapali. So close to Whaler’s Village and the public beach. Beautiful views from the condo. The condo was the perfect size for a family. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The pool was well kept and clean.

Comfortable Stay In A Great Location!

This comfortable home is really in an ideal location in my opinion. It’s a 10 minute walk along the golf course to a great beach and Whaler’s village, and only a 10 minute drive to Lahaina. The condo itself was very clean, which was important to me. The beds were comfortable, the decor very cute and fitting for the island setting. The property management team was responsive and a delight to deal with. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend this home to others!

We had a wonderful stay here, the condo was as described and more. The views and the sunsets were amazing. The lanai was great with the grill and we spent most of our down time out there. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in and there was plenty of space for 6 adults to stay here comfortably. Would definitely recommend this condo and will definitely book again.

Quiet location with Ocean View

Wonderful experience. I’m a stickler about cleanliness and I was very happy here. Nice and quiet area with ocean and starry sky views from the balconies. Pool was great, and just a short 5 minute drive to the nearest beach. As a caveat, it is on the third floor without an elevator in case you need that.

Family outing

Property looked like it needed to be updated soon. Freezer had mold in ice maker. Only one kitchen towel… we used a lot of paper towels! Vents needed to be replaced everywhere. We did call maintenance regarding this. Area was great! Nice walk to Whalers Village. Other than that… had a great time in Maui!! Mahalo!

Great location

Great location and good view of sunsets. Place was clean and unit very spacious. Large lanai. The only cons: would like to have had extra sheets for all beds so that you could make up beds instead of having to wait while you did wash. Also must say that dishes and glassware definitely should be upgraded. There should be actual ‘glassware’ as well as plastics for pool. I think there were only two matching glass wine glasses and the dinnerware is all mismatched and some of it is chipped. If these cons were looked after it is a good place for six people.

Nice clean condo with a great view

The condo complex is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and whaler’s village. Even though the complex is old and somewhat dated the property is well maintained and clean. The unit itself hits the mark as it has a great view, it is really clean, and is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen area. Now comes the downside. Please buy some new pillows and some good quality mattresses for the bedrooms. It’s amazing how you can think of every kitchen gadget but then miss the mark on providing a quality sleeping experience. Spend a few extra dollars on some “quality” mattresses and your guests will thank you. Everything else was great and the unit exceeded our expectations.

Good place, could be stellar with more attention to detailed cleaning

I have a feeling that the communication between the property management and the owner isn't awesome. The gate code we were given had been changed, but we hadn't been notified. A quick phone call to a provided number provided us with the current gate code. The incorrect code was still in print in the binder prepared by the property management. The views are exactly as pictured. Stellar sunsets every night. The solar shades helped a lot with excessive, afternoon heat. One unique thing about this place is that it has central A/C. That was a first for us! No loud units rattling all night long. Would have been nice had it been turned on more in advance of our arrival as it was still 79 degrees in the unit upon arrival and took nearly 8 hours to bring it down to a more comfortable 74. After that the system kept up and we stayed cool enough, especially with the 3 provided oscillating stand fans! The front, downstairs bedroom window faces the highway and it does sound like the window is wide open even when it's not even cracked open. My boys didn't mind and the fan provided almost enough white noise to help drown it out at night. We never heard a thing from any neighbors unless we were on the lanai, so very peaceful and quiet in that regard. Well stocked. The place was comfortable enough, I gave it 3 stars which is average because it was clean enough to not be disgusting, but with a little attention to detail in cleaning the place could be elevated to amazing. The towels and linens were clean and that's priority for me! A good dusting and damp wiping of all the doors would do wonders as well as the lights (cobwebs on the light over the dining table). On our last day there one son lost something so we were looking under things to try and find it. We didn't find it but under the nightstand was a boatload of wrappers from cookies and other things that had been consumed (not by us) and then thoughtlessly shoved under the nightstand. Random drips and splotches of stuff on walls that could easily be wiped off would also make a big difference. Location is great for Ka'anapali and Lahaina accessibility. Honolua Bay was the highlight of our time there. Ka'anapali and Lahaina are just too many people for us. We spent some time on the South side in Wailea after this place and it was so much less crowded down there. A decent place that could be stellar with more attention to detail in cleaning.

Muy comodo

El dpto es espacioso y comodo. Cerca de la playa , se puede ir caminando atravezando el golf. Muy linda vista desde el balcon. La mesa del comedor es un poco chica para comer los 4 y no contaba con elementos para limpiar los pisos. Los colchones de las camas Queen no eran muy comodos. Tuvimos que utilizar el colchon inflable. El resto estuvo bien.

Great view and location

This is a nice clean and roomy property that has a great lanai for eating meals and lounging with an awesome view! The location to golf, the beach and shopping was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prop. The beds were comfortable😊. The only suggestion we would have is that the pillows are at the end of their life and should be replaced. Other than that a great property that we would book again 😊

Great location!

Gated community, great location. Pretty ocean/sunset view. Close to pool, clean pool and beautiful grounds. Had a very nice time. The kitchen utensils can use some upgrading, but other than that it was a great place!! Loved it! There’s a beach umbrella, chairs and other stuff to to make your trip comfortable.
