This six-bedroom gem combines two of our very finest adjacent three-bedroom oceanfront residences to create a true masterpiece, perfectly suited to larger groups or families. Each of these oceanfront residences offers sweeping oceanfront views, abundant living space, opulent finishings, and a built-in Viking BBQ grill on the wraparound lanai.

Take in panoramic Pacific vistas from Konea Tower’s closest oceanfront column, where views of Lanai, Molokai, and year-round sunsets create a truly memorable backdrop.

The generous combined 4500+ sq ft of interior living space provides ample room for family and friends to gather and reconnect. The expansive 1200 sq ft of combined lanai space offers plenty of room to soak up Maui’s beauty and enjoy sweeping ocean views.

With travertine floors, beautiful granite countertops, and warm wood cabinetry, these suites offer modern style complemented by the welcoming spirit of aloha. All the comforts and conveniences of a true home away from home await.

The opportunity to make every meal an experience is supported by professional chefs' kitchens in each residence. The kitchens are well-equipped with Viking appliances, granite countertops, dual ovens, and a Vitamix blender for your culinary creativity. There is no corkage fee on your lanai, and the built-in professional wine cooler keeps your selections at the perfect temperature.

Four primary bedrooms feature indulgent king-size beds, with the two guest bedrooms also offering king-size accommodations. For added flexibility, the king-size beds in both guest bedrooms can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge. For additional sleeping capacity, each residence has a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living room, bringing the total combined sleeping capacity to 16.

Each of the four world-class primary baths features double granite vanities, soaking tubs, and glass-and-marble walk-in showers to prepare for the day's adventures. The two guest baths feature a glass-and-travertine walk-in shower and a granite vanity.

When it is time for a bite to eat, Honua Kai is home to the popular Duke’s Beach House, which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Duke’s specializes in serving up Hawaiian-inspired cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and freshly caught seafood. For coffee, sandwiches, and other grab-and-go items, including beach gear and souvenirs, visit the Whalers General Store conveniently located in the Konea Tower lobby.

Hard to beat but still room for improvement

Gorgeous property and views, suitable for vacation of a lifetime. Large, very clean unit with awesome views. Well-equipped, including kitchen & appliances. Mgmt was good about accommodating chemical sensitivity except for in common areas (see below). Detractors: the building mgmt pumps artificial/unpleasant fragrance throughout common areas of the building (ground floor is especially strong), forcing you to inhale it... Also, front desk / check-in process is confusing & imperfect; some people there are vrbo's, others are owners, etc, and all seem to have different arrangements. Would be nice if they could arrange compost collection. Would definitely stay again. Hearts out to west Maui and all Hawaiians as they recover from the terrible fire! Our stay was just before it happened. We're crushed by the tragedy and send everybody there our love & support. Made big donation to the Red Cross.

Couldn't have worked out better

There were 15 of us, ranging in age from 6 to 71. This property worked out perfectly. The resort amenities were great. Location to other areas very convenient. Getting luggage to the condo was a pain, one young man at bell desk trying to deal with a lot of check in's. Other then that we couldn't have asked for a better week.

Adjacent condos with ocean views.

So the on-line listing is a little confusing in that it give the impression that this is 6 bedrooms in one unit, whereas it is really two 3 bedroom condos next to each other at the end of the building. (They are not adjoining) Both units are mirror images of each other with all the same features and amenities and their front doors are right across the hall from each other. Slight differences in decorating, but both condos with great views and all you will need for your time at the resort. This resort uses RF bracelets for room access, towels, parking access and it would have been nice if they had keyed both units the same as our family unit of 13 kept going back and forth between the two units. As a result, we were using the deadbolt to act as door stops to keep the units accessible without a key while we were around. Additionally, the bracelets were "one size fits all" and so most us found them too loose and annoying to wear; however they are a nice alternative to having to fish out a key or keep track of a plastic card. The property grounds are wonderful and there is ample seating around multiple pools, plus beach access with a decent beach. None of the pools are deeper than 4 feet and there is a short water-slide that the kids couldn't get enough of. Duke's is the restaurant right on the property and almost beachfront, which is very handy with good food and great drinks. A Grocery store is within walking distance and other restaurants are easy walks north and south of this property. Whalers Village in Kaanapali is about a 40 minute walk along the beach trail. Check-in is very easy and casual, plus they will store your luggage and groceries if you arrive before the 4 o'clock check in.
