`The Mahana` Resort will be replacing the roof of the Molokai Building starting in April, 2025. Limited noise is expected on the 8th floor, however hot water will be shut down periodically for up to 8 hours, 4 days per week (construction hours) during certain phases of work. Additionally, the building provided central HVAC will be shut down periodically during various phases of work. This Condo already provides Solar Blinds and Blackout Curtains but for the duration of the HVAC shutdown, we have provided 10,000 BTU portable Air Conditioners (vented through the sliding doors). During the HVAC shutdown, we will offer guests an additional 15% discount from standard rates which is reflected in our current pricing. `

2. Humans Only â Pets are not permitted at this property. Unauthorized pets may be subject to a fine.
3. Thank You for Not Smoking:
a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
