This luxurious villa is located within a private garden enclave at the spectacular, beach front, Honua Kai resort. This villa boasts 2047 sq. ft. of contemporary interior living space with expansive western windows that open up to a wide 562 sq. ft. lanai, providing your family with plenty of room to enjoy the Maui lifestyle.

Spend your days at your enclave’s private pool and hot-tub located amongst the luxurious Hawaiian gardens or take a very short stroll to the world famous Kaanapali beach, or aquatic playgrounds of the Honua Kai resort. Experience world class dining, shopping and golf within minutes leaving your villa by visiting the Whaler’s village and the Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses.

This ground level villa will provide you with instant access to your enclave’s private pool, hot tub and fire pit area. This residence is fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation and a gourmet kitchen to prepare your favorite family meals. The Lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ and plenty of lounging and dining space for the entire family. The residence also includes a private garage with a charger for your electric car and an ensuite full size washer and dryer.

Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility, Duke’s beach house restaurant, and Whaler’s general store and Spa.

We have a collection of beautiful Honua Kai condos in both towers. We have several one bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom condos as well as a one bedroom with a den. We also have many gorgeous Luana Villas at Honua Kai.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.172% and Transient Tax is 13.25% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures starting 1/1/2024 regardless of when the property was booked.

Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation outside a 60-day period prior to arrival is subject to a 10% (of total) cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within the 60-day period may result in forfeiture of all monies paid. We had cockroaches in our unit and horrible ventilation in the master bedroom/bathroom causing it to be humid and musty in the rooms. The property manager did send someone to spray one of the rooms after I sent a picture of the cockroach but we found another one the next day in a different room. The view is beautiful and the layout is great but unfortunately we would not stay again.

We have stayed here a few times now and we have never been disappointed. It's a lovely property. This is our first time staying in the Villa. We loved the space. One thing I wished was that they have maid service such as in the towers but otherwise it was great.

We’ve stayed at this resort many times. The Villas are our new favorite. There were only 3 of us husband, six year old son, and myself but we like plenty of room on vacation. The unit is quiet and away from the hustle & bustle of the resort but you have the best of both worlds. When you want to take the kiddos to the water slide you can but then retreat back to peace of the tucked away property. Close to Kapaula golf course but the kids can stay at resort and burn off the energy. Can’t go wrong with this property. Just a push button vacation. The lanai is just such a delight. Instant serenity.

Perfect location!

We loved this condo! As a family of four with kids 2 & 6 and their grandparents we all loved this space and it was perfect for us. Close to the main resort pools and the beach, the coffee shop / market, and the big grass lawn for the kids to run around on. The wagon and pool/beach toys were super clutch for the kids. Perfect outdoor space to eat dinner every night and relax. We would absolutely recommend this condo and would definitely book again!The owner was also excellent, there was an issue with the washer due to the renters before us and she was very quick about getting it replaced so that we could have use of it during our stay. Super nice and on top of her game.

We rented this property as a work retreat. Awesome location. Convenient ground level access to pool area. Spacious living room, kitchen, and patio area. Everyone was able to gather together in living area, yet have their own space in separate rooms. We loved that there was a grill on the patio.

Beautiful Ka'anapali Villa

Wonderful and beautiful Villa for our family vacation. Perfect location in Ka'anapali- close enough to everything but far enough to relax and enjoy the beauty of Maui. The Villa was very clean and well appointed. We loved having meals on the lanai as we cooked many meals during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The dishwasher and washing machine made our stay so easy. Beds were very comfortable and the living space was large and easily accommodated our family of 6. We were very thankful for the beach chairs and coolers available for our use. The resort amenities were amazing and the towel service was very appreciated:) I would highly recommend this Villa and look forward to returning in the future!

Ideal spot for trip with kids and grandparents

This three bedroom condo was the perfect setting for our multi-generation stay in Maui. The setting on the Honda Kai resort gave us exactly what we wanted — the big resort pool for playing, a smaller pool near the condo for quieter times, easy walk to the beach, and food at Duke’s. The condo was also an ideal layout, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. The owners were extremely easy to reach and were very responsive to all of our needs. Based on reviews we read of the Honua Kai resort, we weren’t sure what to expect in terms of the beach. Here’s the scoop: The strip of beach directly in front of the resort is quite rocky and not great for swimming. But you literally only have to walk south for two minutes to find a lovely beach that is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, boogie boarding, etc. Really good snorkeling is another ten minute walk or a 5 minute drive with easy parking. Overall, thumbs up on the beach!

Second time we've stayed here, and we love the proximity to the 4 pools and the beach. Everything is very comfortable and clean. Loved being out in the lanai. Great kitchen, parking and access is easy. Only negative is that the wifi is weak outside

The perfect Villa

This place was great!! Very well stocked with cooking supplies and was perfectly clean when we arrived. It was such a convenience that each room has its own bathroom. The layout of this villa is well thought out. Being able to use all the resort pools and amenities was so fun for our kids and it is a short walk to the beach. The property management team is on their game and did a great job communicating and organizing the villa. We were all so sad to leave and want to come back again. I would recommend this place a million times over.

What a fantastic villa! We stayed for a week along with another family who reserved another villa at the Honua Kai. Our villa was in fantastic shape and we felt like we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The unit was very well stocked for living and for cooking, and in fact we grilled out on the laina twice while there. We were able to compare our setup with the other unit and found that we were much better stocked in terms of cooking utensils, olive oil, salt & pepper and the like. We did have a minor issue with the AC in the unit and communications were great and the team bent over backwards for us, doing everything we asked of them. I would rent this villa again in a heartbeat. Note that it is the closest villa to the beach and Duke's and has a huge wide open lawn right in front of it. It is also the closest unit to the main road so very quick and easy to drive to other locations or beaches. (Not that any unit is super far from either...but I really liked how close we were.)

Perfect for Family

We had the most wonderful stay. This property was as advertised and more! It's in the most perfect location on the property (easy walk to beach, pools, lobby coffee...), it's also equipped with everything you could need (boogie boards, carts, beach chairs...). The rooms are so clean and nice and give nice privacy. I couldn't recommend this property enough!

Exceeded expectations!

Property was exactly as it appeared on the website. The property is located in a great place on the resort property. It is close to the ocean and pool. We enjoyed eating on the patio and cooking out. I would definitely come back and stay in the same villa!

What and AMAZING Experience

My family of 6 recently stayed at this amazing property in Maui and every aspect of our stay was fantastic! The villa came extremely well equipped, with toys for the kids, a fantastic kitchen and outside BBQ and had plenty of room for all 6 of us. We loved the proximity to both the private Villa pools and the hotel pools and other amenities. Communications with the property manager were always fast and pleasant, she was super helpful! We have stayed all over Maui and this is our new favorite place.

Two Family Vacation
