Great location for the ferry

The guesthouse is perfect for the ferry 2 minutes drive away. The room was large with separate bathroom and the double bed comfy. We had a delicious dinner in the cafe, but it closes at 6pm. The cooked breakfast included was huge, all freshly made to order. Being on the main highway it’s very convenient and we enjoyed our stay.

Only stayed for a night, but this place had everything we needed. It is close to the ferry port to Lyngseidet. Host was friendly and spoke enough English to accommodate us with our non-existent Norwegian. Dinner was nice and reasonably-priced, and breakfast was plentiful. Only thing to be wary is that the restaurant was open only until 6pm, but this may have been due to it being low season.

Nice little hotel

A terrible snowstorm caught us on the drive up from Tromso. I had to call to get into the hotel, but that was simple and quick. We appeared to be the only people there that night. The room was what I expected - not five-star, but perfectly adequate for a one-night stay. The next morning, the proprietor was there with a really delicious, filling breakfast waiting for us. All in all, it was a great experience (except for the snowstorm)!

Positivt overrasket.

Stedet virker så anonymt, men vi erfarte at synet kan bedras. Rommet var rent og pent, veldig gode senger. Frokosten var porsjonert til hver person, praktis, smakte godt. Intet manglet, og hvis det var noe, kunne vi bare be om det. Tv fikk imidlertid ikke til å virke, en pagatell.

Uskomattoman lämminhenkinen ja hyvin hoidettu majatalo. Yövyimme päärakennuksessa, jossa on viisi huonetta ja ruokailusali. Huoneessa oli ilmalämpöpumppu ja lattialämmitys. Henkilökohtainen aamiaistarjoilu oli monipuolinen ja niin runsas, että riitti eväiksi päivän vapaalaskuretkille. Iltaruuan sai tilaamalla. Valinnanvaraa oli ja ruokaa oli runsaasti. Emäntä oli hurmaavan ystävällinen!

Ideal bei einem Roadtrip

Lediglich eine kurze Übernachtung während eines Roadtrips, aber äusserst freundliche Gastgeberin. Einfache Unterkunft, aber sauber. Hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

They have to take a decision You are open or you are closed! We choosed this place for the self laundry and the restaurant. At check in they informed su that if we want food we have to eat at the moment (17.30) and the self laundry was not available because “she wants to go home” The only food was the Coop supermarket.

Onnistunut vierailu

Supersiisti ja viihtyisä pieni majatalo. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja aamupala oli aivan ylenpalttinen. Nälkäisenä ei tarvinnut lähteä. Meri ihan vieressä ja pieni ruokakauppa. Hyvä paikka yöpyä.
