建物のメンテナンスを全体的にさてた方が もっと心地よく過ごせた！ サービス的にはとても良かったです! 子供達もとても喜んでいました！ 食事は遅い時間もあってか品数がもう少し欲しかった気がします。また、連泊だと少し物足りなく感じてしまうので、こちらも予約の仕方を考えなければと思いました。

フロントの対応が…。
着いた時にフロントに誰もおらず、 こちらのベルを…と書かれている場所にベルもなく。 すぐそばでスタッフさんの話声も聞こえるのに誰も出てきませんでした。 ベルは隠すように置いてあり、押すとやはりすぐそこからスタッフさんが出てきました。 その後の対応は良かったです。 食事も美味しかったし、ゆっくりできました。 ただ、別館では食事ができないのが残念な所かなと。 送迎もありましたが歩いた方が早く、私達は歩いて本館に行きましたが、別館が坂の上にあるので年配の方は送迎車で行かれた方が良いかも？ 朝食に向かう際にフロントにいたスタッフさんが笑顔ですごく良かったです。 ただチェックアウトの際にフロントにいた方は笑顔もありがとうございましたもなく無言でした。 子供達もお礼を言いましたが返事はありませんでした。

我訂的酒定與實際的地址有點不同，令人混淆！原本訂的’別館‘已沒有營業，原來已搬到了總店，但我的訂單並沒有說清楚。這是小插曲而已！ 總體酒店是可以接受，是有小許舊吧，這個價錢一泊兩食無得輸

別館，設備比較簡單，但有本館接駁車
是設備比較簡單的別館，距離本館很近 接駁車大叔人很好，算是CP值高的日式溫泉會館

夕、朝食時本館へ車での送迎はあるものの、やはり別館は不便。卓球は空きがあって利用しやすかったのはよかった。部屋から花火が見られたのも良かった。フロントの従業員さんは感じが良かった。食事は夕食のバイキングはいまいち。好き嫌いの多い子供はほとんどデザートしか食べなかった。朝食の方がよかった。 別館廊下の空調が全然効いておらずかなり暑かった。 チェックイン前にプールが使えて子供は喜んでいた。本館の女風呂は眺めがよかった。
