Noelani 101 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as panoramic ocean views, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans. This condo does not have AC. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin-size beds in the guest room. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian-themed furniture with tropical decorations and a large flat-screen TV. A dedicated workspace is also equipped in the living room. Ceiling fans are furnished throughout the unit to help stay cool. This unit does not have air conditioning.

The tranquil master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and a washer/dryer for your convenience. This ground-floor unit features an expansive lanai with a dining table for 4 and 2 lounge chairs. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The updated kitchen features granite countertops and full-size stainless-steel appliances. Ample counter space makes meal prep easy and also provides additional seating.

There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
