BEACH INFORMATION
The beach fronting Royal Kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes that affect its size and accessibility. During fall and winter, the sand may recede, but typically returns in spring and summer.
Our HOA, the County of Maui, and the State of Hawaiʻi are actively working to restore Kahana Bay. If direct beach access is unavailable, there is public access within a 5-minute walk.

This property is Hotel Zoned and NOT in danger of the possible upcoming short-term rental ban.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS:
Maui’s rural setting means you may encounter roosters or harmless geckos — they’re friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck. Please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of tropical life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you notice excess pest activity, we’ll coordinate with the HOA to address it.

Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment naturally supports insects, rodents, and lizards. Encounters with these are part of island life and do not constitute grounds for refunds or rental adjustments.

Great location to all the shopping and food without it being in the middle of the crowds, with easy access to roads. Beautifully decorated unit, well stocked with amenities. Right on the water to hear the waves and see the turtles! would recommend to anyone i know...
This is a perfect location and the condo was very nice with a great view. My only suggestion is that “remodeled “ would generally suggest new kitchen appliances. An ice maker would have brought my rating to 5 stars.
