BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Unfortunately, construction was occurring in the unit below us, which led to very noisy days. We were not notified about the construction beforehand.We were comfortable in the studio and it was spacious. However, the unit is dated.

Very nice studio condo

This beach front studio condo is exactly what we were looking for. It is very clean and somewhat larger than most hotel rooms. The kitchen is small but very well supplied. The lanai is about 40 feet from a nice beach and has westerly views from Lanai to Molokai. There are good restaurants and other services close by.

An amazing Maui adventure!

We loved our location! There were a few wonderful shops just across the street with friendly affordable aloha service: one for for water fun equipment rental (I rented out snorkeling gear with a prescription face mask to be able to see under the water without my glasses); a clothes and jewelry shop from which we bought beautiful items, and a convenience store for water, beer, wine etc! The apartment itself has an amazing balcony view where we loved having our morning coffee and a glass of wine at the end of the day; I have memorable sunset photos 💓✹! The bed was extremely comfortable; I slept like a baby every night. We had everything that we needed in the apartment. Communicating with those from whom we rented the property was easy 😊 💕! I would definitely rent this unit again 
 It added to all the aloha we experienced during our Maui adventure 😁💓💩🐱🌮🍍đŸŒș💞✹!!!!

Accurate depiction; great location!

My husband, 8 year old and I very much enjoyed our 12 day stay. Although the unit is small (as accurately depicted), we were able to make it work just fine by keeping things tidy. Between the adequately stocked kitchen, on-site grills, laundry room, beach equipment, etc., we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we saw a monk seal in the surf, many whale spouts, and plenty of sunsets. The majestic view of Molokai was the perfect way to start each day. The location is excellent with short drives to beaches with great snorkeling and/or boogie boarding. It's also convenient to groceries at Napili Market, many north-west hikes and just a 15 minute drive to Lahaina. There are also snorkel shops and restaurants (pizza and excellent sushi) within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and would stay here again.

Great Stay

This condo is located at our favorite little resort right on the beach. Property is super clean and well manicured. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Condo itself was clean. Best view from the lanai. Check in time is a little late especially after traveling all day. Rental agency was good about letting us check in a few hours earlier as one of us was feeling ill from traveling. The only issue we had was the mattress. It could stand an upgrade soon. I would recommend this property to any of our family and friends.
