KJ’s Place is a newly remodeled condo located in the heart of Kailua-Kona. The kitchen and living room open up to a covered lanai with view of the city and the ocean. Custom touches abound, from the granite countertops to the mahogany in the bathrooms to the grass cloth on the walls. Enjoy the luxury of a California King in the master bedroom after a long day at the beach or the bliss of a rainfall shower after taking in the sights. The condo was clean, comfortable and had a lot of kitchen necessities. The layout is made for privacy and relaxation. Great location! We enjoyed walking to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The check in as easy and the hosts were very responsive! We would definitely recommend staying here!

This condo is in a great location for driving or walking to nearby restaurants and shops. The set up is very comfortable and we enjoyed the lanai overlooking the pool and a glimpse of the ocean. Great hosts!

My husband, daughter and I had a fantastic stay! We had a great view of the pool as well as a little slice of the ocean. Everything in the Kona area we wanted to do was within walking distance. Clean, nicely decorated property...better in person than displayed in the pictures. Loved the "rain" shower head, thought with two bathrooms there would be no waiting, but we both found ourselves preferring the walk in shower!! 😊 Convenient to just about everything. Perfect Location with all the amenities is home

I can’t express enough how well equipped and located this condo is. It is literally right in the heart of Kona with the ocean and several restaurants and bars right next door. The owners have equipped this unit with anything you might ever need to enjoy your stay and feel at home. I can’t say enough about how great this unit is. We enjoyed our honeymoon here and will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed staying here and loved the location. Really appreciated the host’s suggestions on the places to visit that were detailed in the green binder. The bed was comfortable the rain shower was great. The beach chairs and umbrella served us well. Thanks for having peroxide so I could address my knee from being tossed around by the ocean and scraping it up on lava rocks. Magic Sands Beach kicked my butt!!! Great memories for our third trip to the Big Island and was grateful to come “home” to KJ’s Place. Mahalo!

We just loved staying at KJ's place! Their condo is beautifully designed and spacious with a wonderfully comfortable king bed and great A/C for nighttime. The large lanai was a great place to lounge after busy days. We really appreciated all the little extras such as having 2 bathrooms, nice beach towels and boogie boards and recommendations about places to go and things to do. The condo location is so ideal, as you walk right out to Alii Drive with the ocean right there, along with all the shops and restaurants. The condo complex is very clean, safe, friendly and quiet. The covered parking space was an added bonus. We will be coming back and highly recommend KJ's place!

Nice place good location

The property is as pictured and in a great location for walking around town to shops and restaurants. Its clean and nicely decorated. The drawbacks were that the key wasn't in the lockbox when we arrived at 3:30 and we waited 45 min. for housekeeper to come down. Also, the air conditioning didn't work after first night. Owner seemed friendly online.
