Great condo. What I really appreciated with this unit is the furniture was great quality and comfortable, fitting the spaces so the unit could be used to maximum enjoyment and relaxation. The kitchen was beautiful and well appointed with anything you could need. We look forward to returning to this unit and the Big Island.

The property was exactly as we hoped and that's hard to find sometimes. But this property was exactly as advertised. And well stocked with kitchen items, tv's and the best patio. We spent a lot of time out there and we'll miss it the most. The lawn chairs and beach equipment came in very handy. Thanks to the owners for a great rental.

Beautiful but buggy and no AC

The bugs combined with a lack of AC made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The view is beautiful and the place is well decorated though. Also the grounds of the community and the beach were gorgeous. The property mgmnt company required a lengthy contract with extra fees and a special clause about the bugs.

Beautiful peaceful home

Home included everything you might need for a Hawaiian vacation: closet full of chairs, boogie boards, cooler, beach bags, snorkel gear; washer and dryer with detergent/softener; comfortable beds; quiet area (except one rude visitor who held a loud business call outside everyone’s open windows at 6:30am); fully stocked kitchen with nice appliances (even the coffee grinder for those fresh Kona beans). Location was good for many water activities (Manta rays, Keahakekua Bay, Hounaunau Bay, Kahalu’u Bay). As no AC, slightly warm in afternoons during our May visit, but perfect sleeping at night with open windows and ocean sounds. Check in unusual as you must meet property managers at unit, but otherwise typical and responsive to questions. Would stay again!

Gorgeous ocean front condo

Wow - this unit is amazing! We absolutely loved the set up - and the fresh air (no AC) was actually a positive for us. We loved having the constant ocean breeze blowing through with the sound of waves. We were never hot in the unit and we stayed in mid March. The kitchen is VERY well stocked which was so nice b/c we like to cook a little while there. One of the nicest units we have stayed at in Hawaii. Updated and clean, well laid out kitchen and floor plan. Highly recommend! We would absolutely stay there again!

Fabulous Oceanfront Paradise

We loved our stay here! We could have lived on the beautiful balcony where we watched whales every morning and afternoon—they were everywhere! We loved the central location and quiet complex. It had everything we needed. We traveled to different beaches every day, all within 20-30 min. Loved the shopping center across the street for dinner/shaved ice/ groceries. The condo was absolutely beautiful! Huge kitchen and living room with a huge couch. Bedrooms were great and two bathrooms were nice when we returned from the beach. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, cooler, and other beach tools. We stopped by the pool and it was clean and refreshing. Lots of grills around for guest use. Tennis courts looked nice too and some rackets were in the condo but we didn’t get over to play. Overall this was the perfect spot to enjoy Hawaii! Felt very luxurious.

12 wonderful days

1. The location is literally on the shoreline with continuous surf and great sunsets. No road/car noise with golf fairway on 1 side and the shoreline on the other side of building. 2. Very tastefully remodeled and furnished. Great beds. 3. On-shore breeze and multiple ceiling fans kept the apartment comfortable. 4. Well equipped with dishes, pans and small appliances. 5. The only deficiency was the lanai ceiling fan did not work. Knutson said they would address after our departure.

Spectacular on all counts

This is by far the best equipped place we have stayed from the kitchen to the sports closet stocked with snorkel gear, sunscreen, swim shoes, best beach towels, chairs, tent
washer dryer and they had spices, flour, oil, sugar, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. The view is amazing and you fall asleep to the crashing waves. Delightful. October is perfect but there are times when the condo is toasty and has no ac BUT is not a deal breaker!!fabulous place! Completely renovated!
