There was bad smell in the room when we got there. After let the air conditioner run for a while, the smell was better, but the air conditioner was very noisy. There were no shampoo and hair conditioner in the room so we had to call the front desk, and they deliver them to the room immediately, which was great.

The property is fairly worn out. If you’re expecting a more upscale or “royal” stay, this may not be the right choice. There’s a $25/day parking fee and an additional $25/day resort fee, which adds up quickly. The front desk experience was not very welcoming and felt somewhat impersonal, almost like being assigned a room rather than checked in. That said, room service was excellent, the staff on the phone and delivery were extremely pleasant and did a great job.

Housekeeping did a good job in cleaning the room daily. People are so nice. Front desk are so informative and very clear in explaining everything however they need to smile more so that will feel more welcome:) Amenities are great as well. The lagoon, laundry room,swimming pool and restaurant.
