The apartment has recently been extensively refurbished and boasts a fresh and modern design. It is perfectly suited for 1-3 people and is located in a central yet quiet location with plenty of walking opportunities. Please note that the apartment is located in a building that houses four other apartments.

Parking in front of the apartment and in public spaces is free at all times. Please be aware that other guests at the property also use the available parking spaces. A bus stop is just a few meters from the property.

After a restful night in the comfortable box-spring bed, which is already freshly made up, you can start your day with a Nespresso coffee or tea. Our comfortable sofa bed also offers a truly restful night's sleep. If you're traveling with three people, the cozy couch corner with smart TV can be easily and quickly converted into a third sleeping space. Bed linen is also provided for the sofa bed.

The fully equipped kitchenette offers the opportunity to prepare some of your favorite dishes. The kitchenette also includes an oven.





The bathroom has a shower. We provide you with fresh, high-quality towels and a combination of shower gel and shampoo in your accommodation.

Three of the five apartments in this building offer a washer-dryer, a clothes rack, an ironing board, and an iron. This apartment is one of them.
