The perfect Apartment for four people who appreciate privacy, quality beach front and extensive views
Just a few private steps to Little Kaiteri golden beach which is safe for swimming and a short walk round the Bay to Kaiteris myriad of attractions and facilities including two Restaurants, a well stocked shop and attractions vary from Sailing to Kayaking to Mini Golf and a great Mountain Bike park on the doorstep
There is a very challenging Golf Course at Kina Cliffs only 25 minutes away ( Take plenty of Balls its on the Cliff Top !! Take a Day sailing up the Abel Tasman National Park and get dropped off on the Beach to choose how far and how hard you walk then get picked up off a Beach nearer Kaiteri Motueka Township is only 15 minutes away with all the Facilities you could wish for and Marahau only about 15 minutes a small village on the way to the Abel Tasman Park
Special conditions:
A self cleaning Holiday Home and but where Cleaning can be arranged at a cost of $115 .ALL Linen ,Towels supplied at no cost and are included in the Rental .Please leave it as you would wish to find it and advise immediatley if not happy with the Cleanliness when you arrive
Lock Box Code and Alarm settings are changed after you vacate.
Minimum stay all year 2 Nights
Linen included. PLEASE NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Cleaning option available $115.00 per stay.

This may be the most beautiful experience we had on our three week trip to New Zealand. This home is an absolute delight with unbelievable views of the bay. Comfortable and homey with excellent instructions for visitors. Please take the time to go to the nearby EcoResort for the glow worm walk. Stunning and natural but bring a flashlight! Best coffee nearby is Queen of Cups!

A great property with stunning views

The property is on the 2nd level of a hillside house overlooking the beach. The views are simply amazing. At night all you can hear is the waves. The property is modest and very clean, with all that we needed for our stay. The kitchen and bathroom are small but amply for our family of 3. There are 3 comfortable reclining chairs in the lounge area which were great for us. The area does has a couple of restaurants that are in walking distance eating but we found that we ate in all of our nights there as we couldn’t get enough of the view. We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings and the evenings. A convenient location for visiting the Abel Tasman area.

Unreal Views and Literal Steps from the Beach

A wonderfully old-world charming property overlooking the beach of Kaiteriteri. Literal steps down a cute path to the beach and walking distance to the town. Make sure you have shower items (shampoo, body wash/soap, etc.) with you as we did not and had to procure some as those are not provided. Overall a fantastic location and we enjoyed our stay.

Booked for our 25th wedding anniversary. Having travelled the world extensively I rate this up there with the very best any country could offer. Truly a jewel in New Zealands crown with expectations exceeded at all levels.

Beautiful location, well-equipped, peaceful and warm. Everything was very easy at all stages and we felt right at home. The living room furniture was actually better than the photos had suggested. We hope to return!

Idyllic location

Idyllic location positioned on Little Kaiteri beach. Wonderful view. And well equipped for a holiday. Enjoyed ease of visiting the Abel Tasman from here. A very rainy five days over Easter, so more time inside than ideal, and didn’t get to use courtyard as too wet, but still a lovely spot).

Beautiful beach view home

We had a wonderful stay in Kaiteriteri. Easy check-in process, all amenities for cooking meals, laundry, and parking. A great deck with views and just steps away from the beach. So close to Abel Tasman NP, kayak and boat trips. Can't wait to come back!
