Mainly stayed in the room, everything was awesome, my only complaint, which everyone has different opinions/preferences was the bed, everything was pretty clean, pretty tidy, but for me the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, relax on wasn't too bad, sitting on wasn't bad, but sleeping on it had me HURTING. Besides that I think for a hotel setting everything was above good besides the bed but again, could just be me.

Good water pressure in the shower I didn’t try the breakfast My only issue was the microwave started buzzing in the middle of the night… The only way I could get it to stop was to open the microwave door

We arrived late after a wedding and the front desk attendant was very efficient and pleasant. Pool looked nice although we did not use it. Breakfast was sufficient room was clean but could use some updating.

The tv remote batteries were dead, went to the front desk for service no one was there to help, no bell. Went back to the room to call the front desk and the phone in the room did not work. The hotel allows pets beware dogs were barking all night in the hotel.

Really liked the comfort and coziness of the room, the refrigerator and microwave made it convenient for us to be able to bring snacks from home. My husband is a professional DJ so we booked the hotel for a weekend. Stay as he was there DJing a wedding.. we enjoyed the breakfast bar and pool as well. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Room was quiet and beds comfortable. Issue we had they didn’t clean our room and we waited almost an hour for them to bring us clean towels so we could shower before dinner.

I don’t like to give negative reviews. The staff at this property is excellent. Friendly, helpful etc. However, the room itself had a mystery 'wet spot' on the carpet. AC was set at 65 when we arrived and it seemed to be barely keeping up. When we returned after dinner the room had condensation on everything and was literally ice cold. Adjusting the unit up to 80 did not help. There were no additional blankets or pillows. Two bath towels in the bathroom. The phone in the room didn’t work, etc etc etc . As a seasoned traveler, I am not surprised to find a 4 star well maintained property at around $300 oer nightbin a major city. This property does not live up to the high price tag.

Didn’t like that handicap accessible rooms were on the 3rd floor(in case of fire signs state use stairs- not happening with all handicapped people).and that I had to go back down to front desk to request a shower/tub chair for my husband.
