Friendly service and clean and tidy rooms. A little worn out these days and could do with some modernising but we enjoyed our stay. The pool is way smaller than the photos make it appear. Overall a nice weekend away.

The property was lovely and very comfortable. Our room was right next to the pool which wasn't great if it had been peak season as far as noise goes. Luckly there were not too many people around, so it was not used too much. If anyone was in the pool you could hear it very clearly. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

The apartment waa perfect and we had a great space for the 3 of us. Although the restaurant on site looked lovely we decided to eat elsewhere. There were a few to choose from but all within walking distance.

Kalbarri Edge

Good position for hotel, but the siting of the accommodation is such that only about 2/3rds will have a view. We had a big balcony at ground floor level in room 114 but our view was the entry point to a mirror image of our block. Even at first floor it would be limited. The place is a bit tired, but has everything that was needed. Kalbarri itself was interesting, we walked about and there were plenty of places to eat and drink. Had a Sunset Cruise that was very good. Although there could have been more information about the local area and what we were looking at. We did catch sight of a couple of whales heading south. Sunset was spectacular. BYOis the rule for food and drinks. The Kalbarri “Like” ( Skywalk) was something that must be done as was the Window for excellent photo opp. The Edge needs work, food in restaurant is reasonable, but if you can get in to the Upstairs Restaurant, that is better all round.

The room was clean and provided all that we needed. Bed was comfortable. The cafes, restaurants, shops and beach are all in walkable distance. Kalbarri National Park and Skywalk were easy to drive to from here also. A very enjoyable stay Thank you.

Was disappointed in the amenities, as this was the most expensive hotel in our 2 week wild flower trip, it offered the least! Not even a face cloth & only 1 small towel for the 2 of us to share! The microwave is above the sink so you hit your head on the unit every time you try to wash any dishes! The location of the plugs are very inaccessible for charging devices. The chair had a hole in the upholstery. The staff at the front desk were very friendly & helpful.

Hotels.com sucks

The hotel is great, I would recommend it to anybody. What I wouldn't recommend is booking it through Hotels.com. I wanted to change my booking and made a request through Hotels.com. They took a few days to respond and told me an alteration to my booking was not possible as Kalbarri Edge had not responded and I would lose 100% of my booking. I called Kalbarri Edge directly and they had no correspondence from Hotels.com and were happy to slip my booking by one day. In future I will book direct with the hotel. It might cost me a few dollars but I think in the long run what am I really getting from a booking service like Hotels.com, seem like nothing if thing vary slightly. They don’t even attempt to help.
