This beautiful home has been renovated to include all modern amenities while maintaining its historical charm.

Centrally located in the heart of Kalispell, this home is within walking/biking distance to downtown favorites including coffee shops, fresh bakeries, local breweries, a winery, an ice cream parlor, and several fine dining restaurants. Within minutes from the Kidsport complex (host of various sporting events & competitions), the Hutton Ranch Plaza shopping district, Buffalo Hill Golf Course, and the entertaining Woodland Water Park. Only a short drive (37 min) from Glacier National Park, Whitewater Rafting on the Flathead River (37 min), Whitefish Ski Resort (35 min), and Flathead Lake (16 min), outdoor recreation is abundant and exceptional.

This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a spacious kitchen & dining area, an open living room with flat-screen TV, convenient laundry room, large wraparound deck with covered porch, and quaint backyard. Enjoy the spacious loft bedroom complete with a walk-in tiled shower upstairs, the queen master bedroom with sliding barn door downstairs or the fun bunk room fitted with 2 XL Full mattresses. Featuring all new furniture, plush new mattresses, luxurious bedding, and gorgeous kitchen equipped with butcher block counter tops and modern appliances for cooking, this beautiful home is kept immaculately clean for your enjoyment.

Comfortably sleeps 6 adults or 4 adults/4 kids in beds. Pets are allowed for an additional charge of $25/day per pet. High-speed internet, on-site laundry facility complete with iron/ironing board.

Relax in your Adirondack chair by the outdoor fire pit in the evenings or rest under the covered deck during the heat of the day. (Please note the security camera placed on the outside northwest corner of the home views only the backyard area to ensure your privacy and the property's safety.)

The property was great! It was so clean and the decor was lovely. My husband and I stayed with two little kids who loved the bunk beds, as well as some extended family. There was plenty of space to sleep. The host was responsive and generous! We went to whitefish for the day and the short drive was great to spend the day there! It’s close to stores and restaurants too.

This charming home was our base camp to explore Glacier National Park and Flathead lake. Close to restaurants and included a lovely porch for evening sitting. The pear tree in the backyard provided a nice fresh touch to breakfast. Beds & pillows were fantastic! Thank you!

We had a great stay at this property. We love Kalispell and are always looking for comfortable and clean places to stay that allow pets. The cottage had everything we needed, even cookies! Lovely well equipped home

This is our second visit to this property and it is very clean, very attractive and outfitted with all the essentials. Everything is in good working order and the patio with propane fire pit is a great evening gathering place. Handy to have a full-size washer, dryer and dishwasher too. Easy access, great host response, good wifi. Like most of Montana, public transportation is not widely available, but you are within walking distance of stores and fast foods. Downtown Kalispell is very close and the house is convenient to jump on the highway to head to Glacier Park or Flathead Lake. Highly recommended.
