Welcome to a beautiful vacation home in a large forest and garden area with a fantastic panoramic view of the water. Located between the sea and the forest, this accommodation offers the best of both worlds and is a perfect place for friends, families and couples who want to spend a relaxing vacation in nature.
Whether you want to relax in the sun on the well-equipped terrace, enjoy a moonlit drink by the water or just sit inside and be enchanted by the tranquility, this is the place for you. The house has a fantastic view and is a perfect place for bird watching, as many land and sea birds settle in the area. The water at the house is not suitable for swimming, but at high tide you can use the house's canoe to explore the area from the water. In summer, the pasture is inhabited by friendly and quiet sheep and horses.
The house is spacious with an open floor plan and high ceilings. You will find all modern amenities such as air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, cable TV and internet. The interior is tasteful and modern. There is also a large terrace overlooking the Kalmar Sound. There is plenty of parking right next to the cottage and the only one is the cottage of the homeowner right next door. The cottage is located outside Kalmar, five minutes drive through the forest to the main road, which takes you to the center in ten minutes. Nearby is also a bike path that takes you to the center of Kalmar.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of SEK 125.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
