Access to Skistadl requires careful consideration, particularly during the winter season. The motor access road to the grounds stretches 1.5 km and is described as very bumpy, steep, and narrow. During winter, snow chains are mandatory for this approach, and a steep footpath leads from the road to the house itself. Parking is available at the house during summer, while in winter the parking area is located approximately 900 m from the property, at the owner's house near the intermediate gondola station.

The property can be reached by 2 distinct routes in winter. The first option involves driving from Kaltenbach, approximately 4 km along a mountain road to the owner's house near the intermediate station, where snow chains may be required, followed by an uphill path and a transport track of approximately 900 m leading to the house. The second option is to take the Hochzillertal gondola lift to the upper station, which operates from 08:30 to 16:30, and then descend via a 3 km prepared and snow-covered ski run suitable for experienced skiers. On your arrival day, the gondola lift may be used free of charge from 15:00, provided you purchase a ski pass for the following day. The owner will transport luggage from the owner's house to the apartments by snowcat. You are kindly requested to arrive between 14:00 and 16:00 to facilitate luggage transport, and to depart by 08:00 on the day of departure, which falls on Sunday. Parking is available either at the owner's house or at the lower gondola station.

In the exceptional circumstance of favourable snow conditions, the house is also accessible on skis. The central heating system ensures a consistently comfortable indoor temperature throughout your stay.

The first bedroom is a versatile space featuring 1 double sofabed and 1 double bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements to suit a variety of group compositions. This room also provides direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The remaining 2 bedrooms are double rooms, each providing a comfortable and private retreat for guests. The kitchen and living room is a welcoming, multifunctional space equipped with a sofabed and a dining nook, making it ideal for both relaxed meals and social gatherings, and it too opens onto the balcony. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
