In a quiet location in the Norderheide, not far from the North Sea and Wadden Sea, you will find this newly renovated part of the house with the character of a detached house and a sunny, opaque garden. The south / west terrace promises peaceful moments for relaxing and sunbathing. The hallway with guest toilet leads to the living area with an open, modern kitchen, cozy dining table, then a spacious living area, a small TV in the closet and access to the terrace. All this flooded with light and with a view through the large windows into the wonderful garden. The decor is modern, stylish and with "Long Island" accents. On the upper floor there are two elegant double bedrooms with comfortable carpentry, TV and garden view as well as a modern bath-shower. One bedroom also has a sink in the closet. In the basement you will find another bedroom with two single beds, a spacious shower room and your sauna. The entire house is tiled and has beautiful wooden floors. Old tiles and wooden beams, stylishly combined with modern accessories, complete the overall picture of this pleasant object. Your well-being holiday is guaranteed.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
