As a central hub, it’s the perfect, laid-back basecamp for day-tripping to the Big Island's best beaches, summits, and waterfalls.


OUR SPACE INCLUDES:

WHOLE HOUSE with 3BR (1K/2Q), 2.5BA (2 full/1 Powder Room), total interior space 2,812sf, accommodates 6.

GROUND/1ST FLR: Peaceful neighborhood, tree-filled corner lot, private garden setting with a hot tub & BBQ, covered patio seating and dining, laundry room, beach gear, bench press & weights, and a 2 car garage with spacious driveway for ease of parking.

MAIN/2ND FLR: Living Room, Dining Room, well-stocked chef’s Kitchen, Powder Room, Family Lounge with TV, WIFI, board games & Nintendo Wii, Office with printer & monitors, wraparound balconies with panoramic views.

TOP/3rd FLR: Master Bedroom (K-bed) with en-suite bath, jetted tub, TV, ceiling fan, and private balcony. BR2 & BR3 (both with Q-beds) ceiling fans, scenic views, and shares a hall bathroom.

STAIRS:
This is a 3-story home with stairs to each level to maximize the view. However, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.

YARD SAFETY:
For your safety, please stay off the banks and avoid climbing into the surrounding woods on the property.

BRING A JACKET:
Early mornings and evenings can be chilly.
