With brand-new furnishings (2023) and a fantastic location, Kamilo 430 is a luxurious and new-to-market offering that is perfect for families or small groups. The home has vaulted ceilings, a spacious interior and a private lanai and backyard with a BBQ - perfect relaxing and lounging outside. All guests are given access to the world-class Kamilo amenity center, as well as the private "Beach Club."

The living room and kitchen are cleanly designed with modern furnishings - a sliding glass door opens to the lanai and a small backyard surrounded by palm trees for added privacy. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a large en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, a Smart TV as well as a private lanai. Xmas holiday with my family

The location was great but the unit itself was not very clean or well looked after. Carpets and bedding were quite dirty and some kitchen appliances were worn out. There were also some electrical issues that needed to be resolved by the property manager, who was quite difficult to reach by email or telephone.

Wonderful home in great neighborhood

Great kitchen and family room. Great pool and workout facilities and close to everything. King in master certainly preferred but other than that great place to stay.
