Guest suite attached to private home inspired by national park lodges
A beautifully decorated, western style, guest suite attached to a private home inspired by national park lodges. The location is magnificent, with stunning views, peaceful setting, and dark night skies. Only seven minutes from the center of Kanab Utah. The guest suite was purpose built for guests in 2023, it has a large porch with panoramic views, a private entrance, and a beautifully appointed bathroom. Your western antique themed room has a comfortable, king size bed and large windows. Continental breakfast is provided.
If you want gorgeous scenery and peaceful surroundings, this is it! Very serene. Sunset and sunrise views are spectacular. The suite is nicely appointed, clean and comfy. The breakfast area is well stocked and maintained. The hosts are kind and unobtrusive. There is no TV, which we really liked. :)
Amazing, beautiful property. Perfect overnight for our national parks tour, but we could have easily spent a week day tripping and exploring the area. There is so much to do! Be sure to check out the awesome guest information book for local information. Breakfast and laundry made it 12/10
This property had beautiful views and was perfect for the two of us. We weren't here at the house very much but it was beautiful when we were. The breakfast was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again if any area

It's galling that you place the onus on me, the customer charged for non-service.
Irregardless, I texted Expedia/VRBO four times, between 7:03 p.m. and 8:15 p.m., 10 February 2025.
It's an Expedia number: 855.620.6265. I'll produce these texts in Small Claims Court.
Also texted another Expedia number--629.418.2351 twice--on 10 February 2025 at 7:02 P.M.
Furthermore, I filed a report with my bank, reflective of your attempted fraud.
I'll be posting these very same notes to your emailed request for property feedback/experience. Along with the receipt for the motor lodge I stayed at, owing to your lack of follow-through, either by email or access code.
Every potential customer needs to be alerted to Expedia/VRBO's lack of ethical business practices. Your penchant for ripping off American travelers.
