It needs TLC

This was a cute historic hotel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. It needs some TLC in the rooms and the grounds to take it up a notch, as well as more modern conveniences such as USB ports near the end tables, which is an easy upgrade. The staff was great.

Fantastic Stay!

Beautiful and nostalgic place to stay! The staff is amazing—so helpful and kind. It’s a wonderful lodge in a great location. The breakfast buffet has everything you’d ever want. There’s also coffee and tea in the rooms, I enjoyed all of the pictures of stars.

Historic property from yesteryear. Room was immaculate and well decorated. Everything functional. Parking right in front of your room. Breakfast buffet was more than satisfactory. Local park and trails nearby. Several excellent restaurants in walking distance from lodge. Would highly recommend this establishment to others.

Property of old Hollywood Western royalty. Well maintained and quite charming. Furniture is all. Pieces from the 50s. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

For an old property the rooms have been upgraded adequately. Pool area is nice and the fire pit tables they have were nice on the cooler evening. Room was nice and clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant to deal with and helpful regarding dining (enjoyed the meal at station 89). The only thing I would like to see is an upgrade on the TP and tissue in the rooms, it is rice paper thin. Great stay for overnight on our way through.
