Highly recommend Intergate Kanazawa! It is located within walking distance to Omicho Market and near bus stops that bring you to tourist attractions in Kanazawa. The staff are warm and hospitable, the breakfast selection is amazing and we especially loved the snacks and coffee provided throughout the day including Happy Hour cocktails and Late night ochazuke. The onsen within the hotel was especially appreciated since it was winter. The onsen facilities are clean and modern, and the hotel provides tattoo stickers for anyone who needs it. The rooms are spacious and clean! Would definitely stay at Intergate Kanazawa if I visit Kanazawa again!

Very clean and well maintained rooms with a great location for quick metro access and a plethora of nearby dining. Staff was extremely helpful when it came to helping find places or arrange over the phone appointments since I speak no Japanese.

410部屋利用しました。サービスも清潔さも大変良かった。スリッパのアッパー部がつぶれていて使用の際に一々持ち上げなくてはならなかった。とても不便でした。なかなかカードキーが反応しなくて困った、中に入って確認したらドアノブを取り付けてあるメタル部の＋ネジがｍ緩んでいました。即修理すべきです。でもホテルインターゲートほとても気に入ってます。

1. Very spacious room so we need not bump into each other all the time (like the hotel we stayed in Tokyo and now in Takayama)! 2. Staff extremely helpful and cheery at all times. 3. Service and the room were impeccable though on the small side. Staff most courteous, especially Mr. Nawata who went out of his way to be helpful. Great also that they offer cocktails from 5 to 7 on the house. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff is good but rather unwelcoming. Each of the stuff members was overwhelmed by duties and did not have time for a smile, even a quick one. Hotel room was good, with a rather large bathroom by Japanese standards, but mosf it was occupied by a huge tub with shower gead outside the tub. You take shower outsude the tub. They could have made the rooms bigger with a normal bathroom. The breakfast qualit was mediocre.

Thank you for a very comfortable visit. Staff were lovely and very friendly. They helped us send our luggage via Yamato luggage forwarding for the first time without any issues. We enjoyed the space and the bathhouse which was quite standard compared to other hotel bathhouses we visited.
