The stuff were very polite and kind. I definitely love the breakfast every morning. The train and bus station are a few minutes away and The Forus shopping mall is next to the hotel. I definitely recommend it. They also do lauggage delivery to your next hotel.

There was no air conditioning this time of year and my room was warm. I had to have the window open to stay cool. If you havenโ€™t heard, Japan keeps indoors and transportation vehicles very warm during the cooler time of the year. People say, jacket outside, take it off inside. I did laundry at a laundromat near the hotel, 1 block. Close to the main station, mall practically next door, food choices nearby as well. The first night I didnโ€™t know where to go and kept near the laundromat and it was raining. I ending up eating from Family Mart, which isnโ€™t bad. I will say the meals from sushi or sashimi places the rest of the time was great. Kanazawa is known for seafood, so I tried to eat seafood for every meal, lol. Clean although small room is a Japan staple. Staff was very nice, which is 95% of Japanese people.

Excellent location, right next to the train station. Catch a train or bus to all the tourist spots. I wished I had stayed 2 days instead of the one day.

The room was great n the view was good. The staff didnโ€™t speak much English. I had a situation where my contact lens solution bottle was thrown away by the cleaning staff maybe because it had v little in it but I donโ€™t think that should be the way. I decide what gets thrown out. Couldnโ€™t even complain to the staff as no one spoke English. Not happy about it.

Cool view down to the train station. Robes provided as a nice touch. Very quiet, slept well! We were only there 2 nights so put up the do not disturb to save them housekeeping time. They dropped off new towels and robes anyway!

We got the parking slot right in front of the hotel. Friendly staffs. Panoramic windows. Very clean and spacious. The only bad thing is that there is no laundry.

Good location very close to Kanazawa station and b

Ideal location 1 minute walk from Kanazawa station and the local loop bus for sightseeing. Had breakfast there only 1 morning as not many suitable western food choices as one of our party had dietary requirements. There are no safes in the rooms and there is a step up into the bathroom pod with the shower over the bath so those with mobility issues may need to look elsewhere . The upstairs bar was closed when we were there on a weekend
