Overall we had an excellent stay here. The room was somewhat small but with great views, breakfast was fantastic with endless Japanese and western choices, and the hotel’s location is perfect. Upon arriving at 2PM we did run into a somewhat-unpleasant bellboy, who tried to assertively stop us from even approaching the front desk claiming that checkin is only available from 3 (a minute later we snuck behind him, and the receptionist was very happy to check us in and give us our room keys). But otherwise service was excellent.

I had a very nice stay! Staff were very nice. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. The view from my room was amazing. In a good location close to the train/bus station, made for an easy walk coming and going.

The best hotel we stayed in while visiting Japan for 3 weeks. Hotel staff are incredibly nice and helpful. We arrived early and they held our bags until check in so we could walk around. The hotel was very reasonably priced for an upscale hotel. The rooms were very clean and the location is perfect. It’s a short walk from the beautiful train station to sites, restaurants, shopping, etc. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I’m ever back in the area. Kanazawa itself is a great destination. Thank you Hotel Nikko Kanazawa for a fabulous stay.

Second time to Kanazawa and second time staying at this Nikko hotel. The location, across from the JR station, is very convenient and it's easy to get around the city by walking or bus from the hotel. Rooms are a good size, in excellent condition and have great views. The breakfast buffet is large, varied and of excellent quality. The staff are are also superb.

Second time to stay here. We booked for 3 adults, and the room is big enough to accommodate to open our 3 luggages even with sofa bed expanded. Buffet breakfast is exceptionally good, and can choose Kaiseki breakfast for consecutive stays. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station, very convenient. When I arrived, I was impressed by the beauty of the lobby. The staff was very friendly & attentive. The room was on the 28th floor, with an excellent view of the city. It was very spacious, with great facilities. I had dinner at the Garden House & the buffet was amazing. If I ever get back to Kanazawa again, I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!
