The staff were experienced and kind. We’re English-Speaking and there was no issues with a language barrier. Room was clean and spacious compared to other accommodations. I loved that we had a washer/dryer combo. We stayed here five nights into our trip, so doing laundry was great. We decided to walk from the station to the hotel, which was over 15 minutes. Since we were carrying luggage, we used the bus to get back when we checked out.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff were amazing and so accommodating, the room was clean and well presented. I would stay here again! Also there were free endless amounts of drinking otptions and small snacks from the reception machine.. coffee, matcha, soda drinks etc, which made it that little bit more special.

Great hotel - clean, modern and rooms a decent size. Helpful and professional reception staff. The hotel was better than we’d expected. It’s in a great location - close to the main sites and walkable from the station in about 20 minutes. Very glad we chose Tokyo Stay Kanazawa.

Nice stay in Kanazawa

Was very clean, in an ok location. Across from a bus stop. Not too far from the market and the stroll at the Samurai district which is beautiful. The staff is very polite, very friendly and nice. The room was a bit small but this is Japan, and for this price it's what you get, so that's ok I guess.

This hotel is fantastic. Rooms are spacious for Japan and they have a washer/dryer unit in every room. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Don't look elsewhere, just stay here.
