Istrian stone villa recently built to accommodate 8+1 people, 4 ****. It has 4 well-appointed bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and two single beds. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining room with fireplace, separate living room with access to a lawn and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and the same is also located on the second floor. The second floor offers a beautiful view of the sea, 17 km away

The house is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula, so that all the destinations on the peninsula are located at a distance of 30 minutes by car.
The house is fully air-conditioned, pets are allowed for a fee, internet - free WiFi, washing machine available.
In the courtyard there is a private pool of 6.5m x 4.5m, outdoor kitchen with fireplace and table for 8 people - 30m2, a covered pergola for relaxation - 36m2, and a green lawn ideal for games.

Fabulous villa!!
A fabulous villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay - home from home. Fully spoilt by the outdoor area, great to cook in, chill and enjoy the pool area. Plenty of shade and sunny spots to suit everyone. Games room and hot tub are a bonus and were enjoyed by all. I would definitely recommend this villa, the location is great enabling us to visit Pula, Fazenda, Rovinj, Porec and Meriden - all fabulous resorts in their own right. I would definitely recommend the hire if a car to make these trips easier. The villa owner was very helpful and easily contactable if needed. We had an an amazing holiday at this villa.

Tolles Haus
Wir hatten traumhafte Ferien! Das Haus ist für Familien mit Teenagern einfach super. Unseren Teenies war es sozusagen nie langweilig. Das Grundstück ist auch bestens für Hunde geeignet. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und schnell beim beantworten von Fragen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet/ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche). Hatten viel zu viel mitgenommen (genauere Liste der Küchenausstattung vielleicht von Vorteil). Von unserer Seite schade war, dass es keinen echten Grill (Holzkohle) gab, bei einer so tollen Aussenküche, jedoch kein Grund für einen Sternenabzug, weil persönliche Ansicht. Was vielleicht auch noch ein Input wäre, wenn es Insektengitter hätte.

hübsches Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten und einem sehr aufmerksamen Gastgeber
Wir haben zwei entspannte Wochen mit 2 Familien (7 Personen) in einem hübschen, großzügigem Haus verbracht. Hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall die Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit des Gastgebers Fabricio, der für alle Fragen zum Haus und auch für Ausflugstipps jederzeit zur Verfügung stand. Danke auch für die Organisation von zwei Fahrrädern über einen örtlichen Verleiher und den Service des Transportes zum Haus! Ansonsten können wir uns nur den Berichten der vorherigen Gäste anschließen. Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung und sogar die Grundausstattung mit Spüli, Seife in allen Bädern, Tabs und WC-Papier wurde gestellt. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Viel erwartet – noch mehr bekommen !!! Einfach PERFEKT!!!
Wir sind zum ersten Mal nach Kroatien in Urlaub gefahren und hatten uns das Haus aus dem Internet ausgesucht. Die Erwartungen waren – wegen der Bilder, der Beschreibung und der Rezessionen – schon sehr hoch und unserer Vorfreude ebenfalls. Und was soll ich sagen ? Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen! Das Haus ist ein Traum, in einem perfekten Zustand und hatte noch viel mehr zu bieten als in der Anzeige beschrieben war. Als wir gebucht haben gab es die Infrarot-Sauna noch nicht und der Loungebereich war noch nicht überdacht. Die Sauna passt perfekt in den wunderbaren SPA-Bereich und die zusätzliche Überdachung hat dem Loungebereich Schatten gespendet – ohne diesen Schatten hätten wir es dort im Sommer nicht lange aushalten können. Was die Sauberkeit betrifft, war das Haus in einem perfekten Zustand – so haben wir es bislang noch nie erlebt! Ich könnte noch seitenweise über das Haus und unseren Aufenthalt schreiben und könnte doch nicht alles Positive aufzählen.. Was dieses Haus aber eindeutig hervorhebt, ist der Gastgeber ! Fabricio ist eine absolut hervorragender Gastgeber: sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit, aber nie aufdringlich – so sollte jeder Anbieter sein ! Er spricht sehr gutes Deutsch, was bei unseren nicht vorhanden Kroatisch-Kenntnissen sehr geholfen hat. Jeder, der dieses Haus bucht, wird sicherlich ebenso positiv überrascht sein, wie wir es waren. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren 3-Wöchigen Urlaub, in dem wir uns gut erholen konnten und viel erlebt habe

Alles bestens für Gruppen und Familienreisen
Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - auch der Kontakt vor der Anreise war schnell und problemlos. Check In über Keysafe einfach. War alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Fabricio war immer ansprechbar und hat uns bei allen Problemen sofort weiter geholfen. Für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Man kann wunderschön mit allen an einem Tisch drinnen wie draußen zusammen Essen. Grillen funktioniert auch bei schlechtem Wetter (da Outdoorküche überdacht) wunderbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir können das Objekt nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für Alles Fabricio

Wow Wow Wow!
Begeisterung Pur! Die Steinvilla und der beheizte Pool ist wunderschön, sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Spielhaus ist der Hammer, langweile kommt gar nicht erst auf. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier perfekt aufgehoben, aber auch der Strand und das Zentrum ist innerhalb von 15min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ca. 100m von der Unterkunft steht ein kleiner süßer Supermarkt, falls man auf die Schnelle etwas braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei. Top! Großen Dank für die schöne Erinnerung. Wir hoffen bald wiederkommen zu dürfen. Viele liebe Grüße aus Ulm.

Traumhaus für Familien mit größeren Kindern
Perfekte hochwertige Ausstattung, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, Spielzimmer ideal für Kids ab 12 (Tischtennis, Billard). Super Außenküche, durch Überdachung auch bei Regen nutzbar. Ausgesprochen freundlicher Vermieter, der immer sofort erreichbar war. Ideal für zwei Familien mit Kindern, da auf jedem Stock ein größeres Elternschlafzimmer und ein kleineres Kinderzimmer ist (jeweils mit Bad). Zusätzliche Bäder im EG und im Spielhaus. Einziger Nachteil ist die fehlende Gastronomie/Bar am Ort. Dafür zentrale Lage für Fahrt nach Rovinj, Porec oder Hum.

Traumhaftes Haus, großartiger Vermieter, Top Ausstattung
Wir haben traumhafte 14 Tage in Istrien in Fabricios Haus verbracht. Ein Haus, was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Fabricio ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, immer sofort da, wenn man ihn braucht. Im Haus gibt es eigentlich nichts, was es nicht gibt. Wir haben viele Städte besucht, die tolle Gegend hat uns sehr beeindruckt, ebenso die freundlichen Menschen. Wir können die Villa und das Land uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Wir sind dankbar, dass wir unseren Urlaub bei Fabricio verbringen durften!🙏🏻

Perfekter Urlaub
Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, alles sauber und ordentlich, komplett ausgestattete Küche und Outdoorküche, das Entertainment-Haus war perfekt für die Kinder. Alle Räume hatten Klimaanlage. Der beheizte Pool hatte bis 28°C. Bei gutem und schlechtem Wetter ist man hier gut aufgehoben und alle können sich beschäftigen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
