The whole hotel was dirty had a bad smell the room they gave us either was never cleaned from the night before or someone was already in it cuz the bed was unmade! Then they tried to put us in another room which didn’t have enough beds for my family. It was also dirty. We. Had to go pay another $500 for another hotel And still haven’t gotten my $380 back from them. 😡😡😡😡😡

It smelled like noctious fumes. The pool and hot tub were closed. The bar was closed. Totally misrepresented online. Horrible experience!!

Booked this hotel because of the pool and slide for our kid’s weekend birthday get away , got there and was informed pool is getting renovated, nothing about it in the web sight . Hotel was dirty , and smelled bad . Tv tomorrow didn’t work , tried to calm the front desk , phone didn’t work . Shower curtain rod was broken , surround solid controls were hanging out of the entertainment center . Not a good experience.

Property was overbooked. Initial room we were given keys to was occupied. Took 30 minutes to identify another room for us. Clothes rack had been ripped off the wall. Multiple key card malfunctions.
