Kind of disappointed that the hot tub was not working. Our room was nice, but house keeping could have done a better job removing food and dirt off of the chair in the room and wiping off the vinyl covered couch. I will say it’s in a great location close to restaurants and shopping.

Sad to have paid for this place and then the hot tub was not usable. Depending on day, dining area wasn't as cleaned up after users as would have been nice. ie table and counter areas not cleaned off. Would stay again though.

Dirty, outdated, overpriced hotel

Hotel is in terrible condition...dirty lobby, stairs, hallways, rooms. The elevator was not working, there were boxes everywhere with construction material for upcoming renovations, etc. Definitely not worth the very expensive price we paid to stay for 2 nights while in town for a soccer game. We will not stay there again when coming to town.

The staff was very good. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is in the process of remodeling so our room definitely was in need of new furniture, new mattress, and new bedding. Our “fitted sheet” wouldn’t stay on bed and sheets were literally thinner than paper. The tv remote was difficult to use and no channel guide was available. Only one remote worked. Looking forward to staying here again once the remodel is complete. Great location for anything we wanted to do in the area.
