It looks like somebody wanted to revamp this a while back and they stopped in the middle. Our bathroom was clean. Our sheets were clean. The woman that ran the breakfast buffet was incredible and needs a raise. I recently had a medical procedure/problem and needed, clean fresh towels to bathe daily. The first thing I was confronted with was this cute little text message telling us the housekeeping was only going to be every three days. So I went down to the desk and tried to explain my situation and eventually got one set of towels for the next day , there was a day I had to steal fresh towels from a laundry cart in the hallway because they told me they were out of them. One day they gave me towels that weren’t quite dry yet which led to all kinds of wild imaginings on my part, I asked about getting shuttle service over to like target or something because maybe towels that are just laying in target would be cleaner and there was no shuttle service and they didn’t have any recommendations on how to get there , there were no towel racks in the bathroom to hang your towels on just these stupid cutesy little shelves with stupid cutesy, black and white prints of foliage. There was a hook behind the door, but kept falling off of it. There was a huge buildup of soap scum on the shower curtain bar probably from the last 50 people hanging up the washcloth they just washed their butt with . I was waiting in the lobby for my husband to get the suitcases. The elevator broke down.
