Located in the heart of North Kansas City this bungalow features all the basic necessities any short-term or longer-term traveler might need. We are located just 9 minutes from downtown KC (Power & Light, etc.), and a 10 minute walk from the North Kansas City Hospital. There are plenty of commercial locations (Starbucks, etc.) within 2-3 minutes of the home and inside we feature high speed internet, laundry on site, digital/self check-in, as well as a fully stocked kitchen for cooking!

Great stay
This was a cute place and very cozy. The hosts were easy to contact and responded quickly. Also they were very nice! I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Nice cozy stay
Great clean place ! Had everything i needed to cook for my event . They had enough toiletries and laundry stuff to help make the stst better . The only thing is the bath tub shower. Older type, small but it got the job done . Owner was very responsive and easy to work with . Would recommend. Safe neighbor hood and everything was nearby !

Awful Property, Bad Host
Shower is unsafe and unhygienic - one’s body ( everyone’s body) touches the shower curtain because it’s so small. No place to put soap or shampoo in shower ( it’s a small tub with a couple shower curtains.) So you have to bend over the tub while showering to reach your items on the floor.- slippery. No room for luggage in front bedroom, which had a dirty fan over our bed and dust bunnies on floor. Steep, dirty steps to the basement to laundry. Scary and loud neighborhood. We rented for 6 nights and left early AM after the first night, that’s how bad it was. No partial refund- I requested one, understanding I signed a contract. Left nice earrings there and host said they’d put in mailbox, and I opposed that unsecure location. Host refused to mail earrings. After poor communication about how to pick up earrings at their office host said they’d waited hours for me, and I apologized for the inconvenience. Drove 50 miles today from our new home to pick up earrings at office, as agreed to (time and date) and after 30 minutes we had to leave. I sent a note to host while at the office, waiting, but received no reply. VRBO- please help me receive my earrings.
