We had such a horrible experience at this hotel this past weekend. For one we couldn’t get into our room for 40 minutes because our keys wouldn’t work and then front desk lady was rude to me by telling me to keep my key away from my cellphone which wasn’t the case our door lock needed a new battery. Saturday night we couldn’t even get into the hot tub with all of these kids running in and out of the pool area with no adult supervision. Sitting in your room Saturday night and all of a sudden smelling weed through your room vents was very annoying and listening to kids running through the halls was more annoying.

Hot tub had green water. Drain covers were broken. Air conditioning in room was intermittent. Thermostat indication was inaccurate.
