The room was clean however the tub and shower area could definitely use renovation. It was outdated and worn. The faucet handle in the bathroom was somewhat loose and it took a while for the water to get hot. The staff was friendly and there are a lot of restaurants nearby but not in walking distance.

Kaylee and Grant at the front desk were outstanding! They delivered excellent customer service. The hotel is in a very nice area, good for walking, close to the highway and all kinds of shopping. Now the hotel... the website is a lie. The room was only surface clean, needed a deep clean everywhere. The floors were done with what must have been a sticky squeaky disinfectant spray. Tub floor was gray. Kitchen had nothing but 1 dish towel, nothing else. The TV was old and small. the air conditioner worked but was very loud. No breakfast really. No meeting room really. Common areas such as: laundry room, elevator, muffin/coffee room was dirty. No decafe for the evening. Fridge was full size and worked. The place was outdated and sad. The price was cheap but I'll pay a little more and go somewhere else next time. There are a lot of other options around that area.

I had 2 rooms reserved and when I arrived I was told that only 1 room was ready. the clerk explained the second room had been damaged and they were cleaning another for me. 45 minutes later I finally got the room.

The property cancelled my first 2 nights there because they could not get their maid servoce to show up and clean my room. I was traveling for work amd flew that entire morning amd afternoon, then had to pickup a rental car and drove the entire day working having to visit over 20 addresses and got to the property exhausted and ready to get a shower and sleep and they had no room even cleaned for me! Expedia was a compmete rip-off also and tried double charging me for the room after it was already paid for in full then tried to act like it was not them wanting another $450 after already paying $450 for the stay!!!! Do NOT EVER book with Expedia! They are frauding their customers and thought because I requested a disability room for the walk-in shower that I was elderly or disabled and that they were going to rip me off money! Little did they know I work for the federal government and recorded the entore phone call of them scamming me when I called to get an updated receipt for this stay and they demanded close to $500 more dollars after I already had confirmation the room was paid for in full and nothing else was owed on it! The Expedia manager laughed when I told him they thought they were smart pretending that scammers were the ones talking to me when I have the records that show it was Expedia’s phone number and they falsely charged me $400 for cancelling the room because I would not pay them another $450 for it!
