Staff was nice. Cleanliness of the bathroom inside our room could of used some work. The guys that we doing the painting/remodeling whete outside throwing stuff in the big dumpster pretty late at night was difficult to get the kids to sleep.

I did not have a chance to have the breakfast but the hotel and my room was very clean. The only issue was the mini-fridge did freeze my yogurt even after adjusting a few times.

From the moment we walked in the hotel the front desk agent was less than helpful and had awful customer service. We had specifically requested a conjoining room with our friends that were staying there as well. When checking in I asked if it room was conjoining and the lady said there was no way she could check the notes and see that we requested that. I told her that is what I wanted since that is what I requested. The clerk told me we could take care of it tomorrow and I said "no", "we will take care it now ". The pool closes promptly at 10pm so if you want to swim later better guess again. Our refrigerator in the room froze my drinks and they exploded. Our friend in the other room, theirs was not even plugged in and everything in it went bad. There was trash underneath the bed frame as well. Breakfast ends promptly at 10am and they will shut the lights off on you even if you are still in the breakfast area. I had to request several food items to be refilled. I requested more scrambled eggs to be made but he said since breakfast was almost over he want going to. ( I had been down at breakfast for 20 minutes and the eggs were low even then). They then proceeded to shut everything down promptly at 10 am and closed the door off and shut the lights off. I have never felt so rushed out of an area in all of my stays at other hotels. The only positive experience was once we talked with the manager and she genuinely apologized for everything and tried to make up for our experience

Had such a great experience from start to finish! We didn’t want to leave! We definitely plan to be back and will use the Holiday Inn Express hotel chains in other areas when we pass by! Everything was clean, well manicured, and great customer service!

I left a blanket and went back same day 2 hrs later for the front desk said she would get with house keeping following day, mind you I didn’t live there hint is why we used hotel stay. So we called 6 other times before finally admitting they had the blanket after many promised unreturned calls.

I had a dirty shower that had hair on the walls and reported it after I checked in. I cleaned it myself but other than that I have never had any issues. I will stay here again! Great and friendly staff especially the kitchen staff. I also didn't get to link my membership to this stay but the young lady that checked me in said it would be done.

Our room and the hotel overall were very clean and quiet. The staff was excellent—especially Tyson, who helped us right away when we had an issue with the air-freshener system in the hallway. Our only concern was that the air-freshener unit near our room was extremely strong. We would stay here again, but we would request a room farther away from one of these units. The scent level should really be turned down, as guests with allergies or sensitivity to strong smells may be affected. My husband’s eyes were burning, and my sinuses were irritated by the intensity.
