Everything was great check in staff very friendly, courteous, and helpful, all of the staff that you have contact with are very friendly, my only issue was the breakfast. Usually I'm used to most hotels having a complimentary breakfast, this one I believe it was included in the price of the room, plus the selection was okay, but it could've been hotter and fresher.

The front desk staff was amazing. Extremely helpful. I had a unique situation where I was traveling with my small dog for a surgery. The hotel staff assisted me with an early check-in that made the trip so much easier. The room and rest of the hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was exactly what I needed in the morning. I will def stay here again

The stafff was nice, but very few people around. The elevator had to be operated by the front desk person when we wanted to go up to our room. The first set of room keys didn’t work. Security in parking garage wasn’t great. Someone had spilled something And made a huge mess in front of the elevators- was hardly cleaned up the next morning. The breakfast, in the hotel was very nice however.

We checked in and the elevator call buttons didn’t work so the front desk staff had to use their elevator keys to take us upstairs. Once upstairs the key cards didn’t work for the room and we had to go downstairs to get new ones made. The 2nd set didn’t work either so they had to move us to another room. The room was decent but only had 3 bath towels for 4 staying in the room.

Stayed in December of 2025. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Did not observe fitness room or pool. Breakfast buffet is cheaper (I paid $2/day) if you prepay. Buffet was excellent. Lots of fresh fruit options, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, French toast and more. Highly recommend.
