Ashleyâs loft was very accommodating. Sweet location. Parking was what you would expect of a downtown area. Bed and couch were super comfy!! Would recommend!!!
Wonderful stay in KC! The loft is in the perfect location. You can walk to the trolley stops and go downtown or take a stroll to the River Market. Ashley is a great host and very helpful. The loft is beautiful, with a big comfy couch for relaxing. We will definitely stay here again when visiting KC.
We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the City Market, great restaurants, and easy access to the KC Streetcar. The space was comfortable and spacious, with a cozy bed and the added convenience of a washer and dryer. We also really loved the unique, eclectic vibe of the place. It added so much character to our stay. Highly recommend.
Five stars across the board. A great, spacious loft in a very cool part of town. Lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping, all within walking distance. Oh, and the free KC streetcar was right around the corner. Ashley was fantastic and was able to accommodate our shifting plans.
Perfect location to enjoy downtown KC via trolley!
Cool little loft apartment with exposed brick and high ceiling. Very cool vibe. Absolutely perfect location to grab the trolly to all that downtown KC has to offer. We did not find the rooftop deck listed (a resident said there is not one), so just FYI if that is important (it wasnât a showstopper for us and the trip was a blast).
We enjoyed our two night stay at the Grand Loft. Communication was very good from start to finish.
There is some street and neighbor noise as mentioned by previous renters, but not anything to the extreme. Parking option was accommodated at the last minute when we changed our plans.
The Loft was just as described. We absolutely loved the location and space. Easy to get around and the City Market down the street was amazing to see. Ashley was quick to respond with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend paying for a parking spot in the lot before you get there as there isnât many available spots on the street. Would definitely come back.
Open well decirsted loft with high ceilings, comfortable bed, bonus exercise/laundry/closet space. We love walking everywhere and we parked our car when we arrived and didnât get back in it till we were leaving KC. Near so many great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, ice cream - and the farmers market on Sat was impressive!
It is an older/historic building so sound travels and there is a bit of noise from the hallway and the road outside. If you are sensitive to that, this might not be ideal. It didnât bother us.
Ashley was helpful and responsive, we had one miscommunication and it was easily resolved.
Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed everything! The location is right in the heart of a very cool area of KC we didn't know existed. It's a couple blocks from the river in an old warehouse that has been renovated into trendy apartments. It is within easy walking distance of the weekly farmers market, restaurants, a steamboat museum, and a trail that crosses the river. It was clean and very nicely decorated. There are stairs and an elevator if stairs are difficult. The only thing i would warn about is there is no sound proofing from the street outside. We were on the second floor and could easily hear people talking outside. However, by 11:00 at night, it would get quiet and not really bother us. We really enjoyed it and would absolutely stay there again. Oh and Ashley was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed her!
