For a truly cozy stay, enjoy this nature themed single-family home, designed for comfort and relaxation in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. There is a deep soaking tub, a fully stocked kitchen, an outdoor patio, television, as well as puzzles and games available for your enjoyment.

The home features four (4) bedrooms and one and a half (1.5) baths, making it a great fit for families or small groups. The living and dining area is warm and inviting – perfect for kicking back after a day out or settling in for a relaxing night at home. Three (3) bedrooms are located on the main level with one (1) bedroom in the basement. Both the full bathroom and the half bathroom are located upstairs. The home is split-entry or raised ranch, so be aware that there are steps.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps up to 10), with 8 adults MAX).

• Bedroom 1 (upstairs): Queen bed, room has attached 1/2 bath
• Bedroom 2 (downstairs): King bed and twin bed
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Bunk bed (twin over full)
• Bedroom 4 (upstairs): Full bed and twin bed
• Pack and play available for infant use

A combination washer/dryer unit is located in the basement laundry room. Each bedroom has a combination alarm clock and white noise machine for guest convenience.

Small, housetrained dogs are allowed with pet fee (maximum of 2).

HOUSE RULES:
- Please enter the accurate number of guests that will be arriving. You will be fined for bringing more guests than booked. Property is limited to 10 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults.
- No Smoking Inside. NO PARTIES. Gatherings, weddings and events are PROHIBITED due to permit limitations. Be kind to the neighbors. Cars must be parked in the driveway; off street parking is not allowed. Failure to leave upon scheduled checkout date and time will result in assessment of fines.
- Per city ordinance, an internal decibel monitoring device (no active recording) is installed on site. Guests will be contacted for excessive noise levels. Failure to reduce noise upon warning or violation of the NO PARTY RULE may lead to fines and/or eviction and forfeiture of rent.
-We have the right to assess a $500 fine if the above rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the city QUIET TIMES from 10 PM – 8 AM.
