Everything was absolutely perfect. The space was amazing. The staff was very nice and pleasant. But the mattress was horrible. It was like a V and we couldn't get out of the hole. In their defense we didn't complain to give them a chance to make it right. But I'm pretty sure they would have. Just to tired to mess with it.

Needs updating, nice staff.

Mattresses were full size, base was bigger. Husband stumped his toes a few times. Someone must have locked their dog in the bathroom because door was chewed out. Needs updating. Hope animals are not being left in that small of a bathroom: area is about a 1.5’ X 1’ of tile floor.

Let me first say you get what you pay for. This place was recently renovated, which was fine. The problem is the clientele it attracts and they will continually bring it down. My problems with the hotel is not with the hotel but with the clientele. They were people who brought dogs that barked all night, and people who smoked marijuana constantly. Therefore, the hallways smelled like fresh marijuana, which is not not the fault of the hotel. There were a few property issues we had. 1. The breakfast was decent, but the only liquids they served were milk and coffee. They had a busted juice machine that never worked the four days we were there. And they had a coffee machine, which worked great milk came in cartons. I don’t drink milk that way. 2. I believe all rooms are non-smoking rooms, but plenty of hotel guests have smoked in these rooms. Despite all the air fresheners the hotel uses to cover up the smell it’s still there. So if you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke, this is not the place for you. Again, as I mentioned plenty of marijuana smoking goes here.

Overall, not a bad stay. Room was clean, front desk staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy. Pet Friendly hotel so there was a dog barking constantly in the room across from us, but that isn't really the hotels' fault.

The pictures online are not the same as the room that you’ll get looks clean, but it’s not they’re stains all over the bedding. The floor was dirty. They do not clean properly every day. The halls are dark and gross. The ice machines don’t work. Needs to either be tear down or a complete gut on this hotel. Breakfast was horrible of course didn’t even eat. Nothing looked at it. I’m not bougie or picky, but I bought the most expensive room in the place and was highly disappointed. Also, the heat works in the room but is 10° hotter than what you set it on. Would not stay here again. Wish I can get my money back smh. Only stay here if you bring your own sanitizing, wipe Lysol and bedding and towels.

This is a very old La Quinta. The description that it has been remodeled is very deceiving. The lobby and entrance make it seem like it has been remodeled, but that is where the remodel ends. The rest was all cosmetic. They just repainted and removed carpet. The ceilings were extremely low as in maybe 6 foot in the bathroom. We have stayed in many other LaQuintas and had a great experience. This is not one that we will return to and will choose to pay extra for a better experience.
