booked two nights-stayed one. check in-had to call hotel number to get some one to come to desk. parking lot was a total mess windom shower curtain had mold all over it hand prints allover inside of door. couch was DIRTY rug should be replaced

Along the way a Platte City stay

It was an older motel, but was in good shape. The parking lot and driveway could use some serious work. Also, the enterances off the street could use better lighting. As, in a lot of motels it could use more electrical plug-ins for charging one's electronics. The price was good and the one key cash from Hotels.com made it a much sweeter deal.

A good cheap option

This was located right off the interstate and easily to find. No elevator and our suite was on the second floor with outdoor stairs. Not an issue for us but could be for others. Initially the hostess told us our hotel room was smoking even though the description on hotels.com said non smoking so we went to look at it before paying to see. Glad that there wasnt smoke smell so they must have cleaned it well. Beds were comfortable and it was relatively quiet. Small bathroom but again not an issie for us.

For the price, it was a decent stay. Dated, run down and all that but at no time did it feel unsafe. Breakfast isnt really a breakfast so wish hotels wouldn't advertise as such. Only complaint is the carpet in the room smelt like it was wet. But wasnt wet, I pretended not to think about what was underneath. The little old lady at the front desk was amazing and actually seemed like she didn't hate her life. Give her a raise.

The staff was good. The swimming pool was closed and the parking lot needs to be resurfaced. The TV and remote didn’t sync so it was hard to change channels but the room was clean and the A/C worked so I would stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size and cleanliness of the inside of the suite. The building is older, so the outside and parking lots looked rough. It was not inside Platte City within any conceniences yoy can walk to, but with a car everythinv is easily reachable. I would stay here again with my family.

Horrible, ! I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The room had Rollie pillows and roaches. It smelled of mildew and moisture
