Located on the south coast of the island of Crete, Villa Krystallon West offers amazing sea views, 4 bedrooms and a private swimming pool, just minutes away from the lively settlement of Palaiochora and the beach! The 140m2 property spreads in 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.


Krystallon Villas comprises two independent properties, Krystallon East and Krystallon West, set on the scenic hill of Panorama. The villas can be rented individually or together, making them perfect for larger families or groups travelling together. Each villa enjoys amphitheatrical, uninterrupted views over the Libyan Sea, the town of Paleochora, and the surrounding mountains. Krystallon Villas are eco-friendly villas as they are equipped with solar panels that produce clean energy from sunlight to meet much of the homes energy requirements.


The lively centre of Paleochora, with its charming tavernas, cafes, and bars, is just 1.2 km away and easily accessible on foot or by bike. The nearest beach, Pachia Ammos, is only 1.1 km away, inviting you to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and laid-back atmosphere of Cretes southern coast.

-One bedroom with 1.80 x 2.00 bed (or twins) and sea-view balcony
-One bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.00 bed and a mountain-view balcony. Shared family bathroom with shower.
Comfort & Amenities: All bedrooms feature COCOMAT mattresses, 32 Smart TVs, open closets, individually controlled A/C, and COCOMAT linens, bathrobes & towels.

Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
