I went to a music festival amd the hotel was close to the festival. The hotel was ok, what it was bad is thst i paid for a room with a view and got a toom without windows because they said they were full, but then why sell a room with a view if they don't have it available...

Unpleasant but comfortable room to sleep

My first hotel stay that rejected our request when we needed help for food delivery service as they only accepts local number. Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude as well. Probably not going to return.

Not very clean, not smoke free!

This hotel claims to have smoke-free rooms however other guests will smoke in their room and it will come into your room or in the hallway and is just very disgusting especially you if you have smoke allergies and Asthma. Do not stay at this hotel. Also do not stay at this hotel if you're highly sensitive to noise because you can hear your neighbors come and go at all hours of the day and night. The hotel did try to accommodate me by putting me in a different room but again this doesn't prevent other people around you from smoking are making loud noises. Also there is hair from yes everywhere on the floor in the bed on the chair by the desk. It's a great location right next to the love River but for me that's where it ends and because I got the hotel on a deal if I want to cancel I lose out on all my money and I'm not guaranteed to get a better hotel somewhere else for the same price.

Compact size for deluxe double room. Had to adjust the orientation of 2 luggages to make space for walking. Limited choice for breakfast. Was surprised to know that pets are allowed to stay in the hotel. Plus point is it's just beside the Love River, but not near to the train station. Will not recommend for long stay, OK if just require a place to sleep overnight.
