great location next to pier 2 arts area and metro stations. Service was amazing and all staff friendly and helpful. The Suite we had was an amazing value and we had a great stay. Only things took a star away was upstairs bedroom a light couldnt be turned off and was too bright . Also the breakfast was not good at all. If you dont want to spend money it would be ok but we found other places to eat then at the hotel.

The hotel is lovely, clean, great service, and has dining on site. The location is very convenient as the light rail and Pier 2 are right outside the hotel. My only complaint is the modern design bathroom. I am giving it 4 stars because there’s no door to the bathroom. Although the shower and toilet are separated by a stall, there is no privacy and the noise from the bathroom can wake up other people in the room. Making it very awkward if you’re sharing the room with other people.

Hotel was in a great location. Front desk was efficient & polite, they do not accommodate requests to upgrade (upon availability) unless we were willing to pay the difference. We decided to pass on a harbour view because we would be out most of the time. However, we did not realize we would have a room of the inner courtyard...and other rooms; this meant we could never have the curtains open in our room. Other rooms could easily see into our room...like we could see into theirs, and we saw things we wished we hadn't seen. Housekeeping was great, attentive. Our only complaint was difficulty operating the thermostat in the room.

I am not sure if it’s because it was an event in kao that weekend but it was second floor room and no upgraded. The discount offered for food and beverage only works for the hotpot restaurant so if you don’t use that option is like no discount. I thought it could be used for all the food and beverage options so it was disappointed. Compared from few years ago that I stayed (the hotel next door but breakfast was on same place) breakfast was notably poor options available compared from before….the locations is good and the room is spacious but not sure if I would stay again…
