Quick, smart and easy

Late check-in was welcomed by great customer service and having two bicycles in tow was no problem despite the space conscious property. All well looked after.

Nice hotel

The front desk was very helpful despite my poor mandarin. Breakfast was a good balance of east and west. Tip: there is an underpass from the railway station. Do not follow google map route.

A suburban hotel

The good: - The staff were extremely friendly. They treated me to Dou Hua when I was there, and the pretty staff walked me to the rooms even though she was injured and limping. Relatively cheap. - The breakfast was a gourmet sandwich, not a buffet. which is actually fine because I can go out after that and try a 2nd breakfast to sample more local food. The Bad: Rooms were small, really need to put away your stuffs or you will be kicking them as you step into the bathroom (takes about 2 steps from the bed). Ask for rooms on the upper level so you don't hear the toilet flushing.

Nice clean small room

Our room was clean and nice however it was a little small and the shower would not drain therefor the whole bathroom flooded. Very convenient for the overland train.

comfort stay in a bit aparted area in Kaohsiung

Kindness of staff and overall facilities of hotel was great(we can use laundry machine for free). For room, If would be better if they consider ventilation of a room. Also, they provide nice breakfast but it is mainly bread only and no other choices.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff.

Our stay was perfect in every sense. The staff at NL concept was incredibly accommodating and fantastic to work. My parents and I stayed as a surprise birthday celebration for my dad. The staff was fantastic. They provided personal, friendly, exceptional service from before we arrived (they helped us to order bday cake and received different parcels) until we left (arrange taxi for us). That alone would have been worth the stay. Add to it 3 nights in a very clean room and lots of extras the hotel provides, such as an excellent breakfast, (we are vegetarian they even provide us the veggi version), the very comfy bed, and you have what is a magical experience. NL concept is one of the best kept secrets in KHH. We look forward to our next visit.

An above average business hotel

Pleasant and professional service, as well as quiet and clean rooms, are the hallmark of the New Long Hotel. The free wifi has excellent speed and the breakfast, while not a full buffet, is better than many continental breakfasts I've had in the past. One of the minor quibbles is the location, which is far from the heart of Kaohsiung but is still relatively convenient.

V welcoming receptionists. Thank you! Water heater in the room would be helpful. Some hangars In the room and power sockets that are 'international appliance plug friendly', would have been a nice touch.

Surprised when stepped into the room, just like I was landed on the moon! Although the room is quite small but am happy with the design & style! Staffs are helpful, breakfast are good. Room is clean and new.....
