Our luxury condo is a 1BR/2BA with resort, pool and ocean views that sleeps 4 comfortably. The spacious condo is fully furnished and has AC. It's located in the Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa, an oceanfront property in the charming, centrally located town of Kapaa on Kauai's Coconut Coast.

There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a full-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Guests have a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, Sub Zero fridge, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and travertine floors. An under-the-sink water filter has been installed to give our guests cleaner, better-tasting water and to reduce the use of single-use plastics. There is also a full-sized front-loading washer and dryer in the condo.

There are 2 full baths: the master bath has double sinks, toilet and a deep sunken bathtub and the 2nd bathroom has a sink, toilet and glass-walled shower.

For indoor/outdoor living vibes, there is a lanai off the master bedroom and the living room has a "fresh-air balcony" from which to enjoy the views with a cup of coffee or glass of wine; listen to the ocean waves; and, feel the warm tropical breezes. There is a counter-height dining table for 4, a bistro table for 2 on the master BR lanai, and 2 stools at the kitchen counter. The resort also offers several outdoor gas grills, tables and seating throughout the pool area for resort guests to use.

Take breathtaking walks on the sandy beach as the sun rises. Play in a two-acre water paradise playground with a heated saltwater pool, lazy river, three waterfalls, caves, two water slides, three sandy-bottom whirlpool spas, and a child friendly sandy-bottom pool area. Relax and rejuvenate in the resort’s spa, brand new/hi-tech fitness center, and its award-winning oceanfront restaurant that serves great pupus, dinner, and fabulous entertainment with incredible views.

Waipouli Beach Resort is minutes away from Lihue Airport and the resort is centrally located between the sunny south shores of Poipu and the lush, north shores of Princeville and Hanalei.

Conveniently located across the street are local boutiques, authentic Hawaiian shops, as well as Long's Drugs, ABC Store, Safeway, Foodland, Starbucks, Panda Express, Papaya’s health food store, and much more. Many well-established, eclectic restaurants are within walking distance. Close by are two shopping destinations - Coconut Marketplace and Kauai Village.

For the adventurous, there are scenic hiking trails like the legendary Nounou Mountain range (also known as Sleeping Giant), Waipouli river excursions, the Fern Grotto, the Waipouli waterfront golf course, zip-line adventures, as well as endless water sports and adventure opportunities that include kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, fishing, kite-surfing, whale and dolphin watching, and mountain tubing.
