The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

Guests say the bike path along the coast of Kapaa is an incredible experience: beautiful, easy access and leads to access to the most beautiful beaches and views one might not see by car alone. There are several bike rental shops in Kapaa.

World famous golf courses are a scenic 20 minute drive to the North Shore to golf where the pros play with panoramic views of majestic mountains, waterfalls and rainbows.

It’s everything we could have hoped for! Good location, fully equipped unit, beautiful pool and beach area. The Oasis Restaurant was an added bonus as we arrived early evening and were not wanting to drive around in search of dinner. The only thing that would have made it perfect was better weather. Our NaPali boat tour was cancelled twice due to turbulent seas and wind conditions.

Candace was very informative in a timely manner. Responding quickly when there was an issue with the A/C, which we learned that just opening and closing all the doors did the trick. Place was nice and clean, resort has many amenities. And it was a perk to have 4 beach chairs and coolers.

Great location! Great views!

Great stay, great location. Communication was excellent and very accommodating. Ideal for families. One note is Wi-Fi is incredibly slow, nearly unusable at all times of the day, as well Verizon and T-mobile have minimal coverage in that unit. Sometimes on vacation you do need to work, and this made it nearly impossible while in the unit. If we come back to Kauai, we will definitely look at staying here again.

Just Perfect

This property is amazing! Unit H204 has wonderful views of the ocean and pool. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony each morning as the sun came up over the ocean. The unit was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The full size washer and dryer was a bonus! Kapaa is centrally located and getting around to both the north side and south side of the island was easy. We definitely will stay here again! Mahalo!

Waipouli H204 is exactly as shown in the pictures. The views are breathtaking, condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed - loved it! Beautiful Waipouli Resort

This is our second stay at Waipouli and it was just as blissful as the first! We enjoyed H204 immensely from the sunrises in the morning to the evenings on the balcony listening to the ocean waves. Kapaa is a perfect location in our opinion, right between Hanalei/Princeville and Poipu/Koloa. We enjoy all of Kauai, so this location is our favorite. With the Safeway across the street, it makes it easy to load up on groceries the day we arrive and be perfectly set up to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Kapaa itself has many cute shops and restaurant options. We especially enjoy Monico's, Java Kai and Olympic Cafe. For a nicer dinner, we really love Lava Lava and Duke's. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous condo with our family.

Best on the east side of Kauai

My family and I had a nice stay in this unit and at the resort. The layout of unit was perfect for our family. The unit had a nice view of the beach and sunrises, and was extremely well located within the complex. Communication with the property manager was great and check in and check out were extremely easy. The pool and hot tubs were really nice although the pool on the colder side which likely has more to do with the east side of the island being more windy. Although there is a restaurant on the property, it’s only open for dinner thus missing that next level of convenience. There are a lot of restaurant options walking or short driving distance away. Very convenient location to drive both north and south of the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is in a prime location in the complex, near the pool and with an ocean view. Absolutely superb location. The condo was clean and had all amenities we could hope for. We enjoyed listening to the ocean at night and enjoying the balcony during the day. The condo is centrally located which made the drive to the southern and northern parts of Kauai very easy. Of note, some in our party had mobility issues and this condo with nearby elevator was perfectly suited to them. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Amazing Location and Wonderful Property

Located next to many activities and restaurants so very walkable to many things from shopping to dining and of course the beach. Clean resort and very well upkept. Will be visiting again in the future. Also management was very responsive when had a minor issue with the AC but fixed within hours.

Lovely Getaway

We stayed at this property for a family getaway. 4 adults and two teenagers. Great location- close to both the North and South sides of the island. Condo was exactly what was advertised- no disappointments. Perfect view of the sunrise from the living-room balcony.
