Kapalua Resort has an inherent richness of beauty and culture. From snorkeling with the sea turtles in pristine waters on white sandy beaches, or taking in the beautiful views while whale watching from the Kapalua coastal trail, this property has so much to offer! The Ridge Villas were originally built in 1980 and were designed to blend into the terraced hillside overlooking the beauty of Kapalua’s coastline. The property sits above the Bay Villas and is a short drive from shops, markets and restaurants in Kapalua. Conveniently located minutes from world-renowned golf courses at Kapalua and Kaanapali and steps from shops, markets and restaurants in Kapalua, the Ridge Villas are surrounded by everything you would need on your Maui vacation. This property is also just a few minutes from Napili and Kahana for more dining pleasures and just a few miles away from the excitement of Kaanapali Resort. This unit proudly features:

The Ridge Villa location has breathtaking ocean views of the islands of Molokai, Lanai and Honolua Bay. This villa has high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer. Located on the property are two heated swimming pools, gas barbecues and recreation areas for the convenience of owners and guests. Free reserved covered parking and free WIFI are also included. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or fun-filled getaway, or the perfect quiet and quaint spot to rejuvenate. End your Maui vacation days relaxing with your favorite beverage either on the beach or sitting on your own private lanai.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Great Location

This is a great place to stay overall. The views are fantastic and the constant breeze through the house were great (you don't need AC at this location). The house was plenty big for a family of 4 and we used the balconies often. The home is located off the 2nd/3rd hole of the Bay course at Kapalua. It was fun to go up to the tee box and watch people tee off on the 3rd tee. Other families had left beach chairs for the house which was awesome to have. We left 2 boogie boards that should be available you to you as well. The beaches nearby are top notch and there are a lot of solid restaurant choices. The only issue we had was later in our stay some small ants did appear in a few different places in the house (we didn't spill anything). Just be aware that could happen, the property manager said this is the tropics and it happens...

Lovely family vacation

We loved the place and the views and ocean sounds were unbeatable. Very quiet location and had everything we needed. The pull out bed was not good-- would recommend a foam topper for use.

Beautiful property, but noisy early in the morning.

Great property and management company. It is on the second hole, so 5am mowers a couple of days. In addition there are property gardeners and construction starting between 6-6:30am 6 days a week.

Kapalua Ridge

The condo was comfortable but showing its aging. A minor issue occurred and was dealt with within hours. We have stayed here before and aware of no a/c, don’t need it, now, you must sign several legal documents. These condos were built in 1980, of course there is wear. Drapes dirty and carpet needs to be replaced. Location and view and pools are why we stay.

We loved our stay at the condo. The view was amazing and the condo was perfect. Although we got some rain during our stay, the lanai made for a perfect place to watch rainbows. Everything you would expect in a stay were provided. Communications where very good. Highly recommend!

Great location for exploring Maui

The house had everything you may need to spend a day at the beach. Also has everything you need for making meals at home. Large walk in closet and two vanities was such a nice thing to have. The location is so great and the neighborhood felt super safe and was kept super clean. Also had the best view. The property was a little outdated but truly has everything you need.

Disgusting

We usually love staying at this neighborhood, but never tried staying through this company. We do not recommend this company. The place was filthy to the point of feeling unsanitary. The bed was so saggy were pretty sure it hasn’t been replaced since the condos were built. It smelled like a dusty closet. But the worst was the little pin pricks we felt every night as we tried to go to sleep. Maybe dust mites? We ended up leaving early as it was just disgusting. The owner also refused to do anything to resolve the situation.
