Welcome to Kapalua Golf Villa 18P 5&6 – Your Maui Getaway. Experience the best of island living in this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of Kapalua. Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests, this beautifully appointed villa offers central A/C and sweeping views of the Kapalua Golf Course, overlooking the 1st and 10th fairways.

The first bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, generous storage space, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo and a separate vanity area—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The second bedroom also includes a king-sized bed, which can be converted into two twin beds upon request, making it ideal for families or friends. The second bathroom offers added convenience, with a walk-in tiled shower for easy access.

Enjoy the comforts of a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized stainless steel appliances—perfect for preparing meals at home. This is a very nice property set on the ground level of 4th hole of the Bay Course (beware errant golf balls). However a few things you need to be aware of: Host requires you to sign contract ( have never done this for any other property in Kapalua) and then failed to return to us with his signature as promised. While being aware of ages of guests (76-82)he failed to tell us we would need to carry luggage and groceries down 3 flights (25 steps) which proved exceptionally challenging for us. Although the shower is in the bathtub in second bedroom there is no grab rail which we found extremely worrying and dangerous. The host was contacted but failed to assist. The safe was also inoperable, instruction manual not up to date (eg air con),both bedroom sheets were threadbare/holes in several places and initially queen size sheets (no fitted sheet)had been placed on one of the king beds,( which was quickly rectified by cleaner when contacted). This is a nice condo in a great location but it obviously needs some attention and when rectified I would definitely recommend.

Golf villa

Perfect condo for our family of four. Great location, on the fourth hole of the Kapalua bay course with spectacular views of the ocean in the distance. Well equipped with chairs, boogie boards and a cooler for the beach. Excellent communication with the owner prior to arrival and while on site. Steve reached out several times to make sure everything was in order in the unit. We will be back. Peter

Fantastic setting!

Gound level condo overlooking the golf course , with the ocean in view. Clean and well kept area with all of the amenities within a short distance, but the real plus was the owners ability to help you find the attractions that you wanted to make your vacation fit your needs. He was fantastic!

wonderful stay

Our family of four adults spent 11 fantastic days in Maui. Steve's villa was spacious and well stocked with kitchen items, beach and bath towels, chairs and umbrella. The location is very quite, away from the crowds and there are several beaches nearby. The sunsets we watched from the lanai were beautiful and at night, we would stargaze from the lounge chairs. The stars were amazing and we saw several shooting stars! Steve provided many recommendations for local restaurants and was quick to respond to any questions. He is a wonderful host and went out of his way to ensure that we had a great time. Mahalo Steve, we would love to return someday soon!

Our experience at the Kapalua Golf Villas was incredible- Steve was responsive and provided with valuable information regarding places to eat/visit. The shuttle service was great! Great for a family

We stayed at Steven’s villa for 10 days and it was perfect for our family. We travelled with myself, my husband, our 1 and 4 year old boys and my parents. We were able to rent a crib for our 1 year old and he stayed in the master with us and then our 4 year old stayed on a (really comfortable) blow up bed in the other room with my parents. We never felt cramped or on top of each other during the stay. Steven’s unit is well stocked with all the kitchen items you’d need, beach and bath towels and beach toys. There are also 4 coffee makers, a coffee grinder and 2 tea pots :) He also has snapware which makes taking food to the beach really easy and convenient. The complex was great and very quiet. We took advantage of 2 of the 4 pools and they were great. The pool up from Steven’s unit was perfect for watching the sunset and the larger pool in the middle had the sun last the longest so we could stay in the pool a bit longer. The shuttle was convenient and we used it to go to Kapalua and Napili Bay and Sea House for dinner (never had to wait more than 5 minutes). If you plan on going out to eat, make reservations ASAP. The restaurants nearby were booked and we weren’t able to try them. Steven is a wealth of knowledge on the good places to eat so definitely pick his brain.

Perfect Accomodations, Perfect Location, Perfect Host

Cannot rave enough about our stay--and we had high expectations. Kapalua allows immediate proximity to multiple beaches for the kiddos and snorkeling. I'll admit I'm not a golf person. Not even a little bit. But the course made for a pristine and quiet setting. I would go back again in a heartbeat. Steven was immediately responsive and flexible to any ask, notably when we had some complications around our departure and sneaking in a nap for our girl before a long red eye fight. Stay here. Spacious. Well maintained. Beautiful back patio. Serene location. And bonus for the easy shuttle access to the nearby vicinity.

Perfect Kapalua condo for 2 couples

This is the perfect set up for a family or friends traveling together. A separate suite gives extra privacy when you need it and gives everyone their space. The common areas are lovely and have everything you need. We enjoyed the view from the Lanai, the access to the pools, easy walk to Kapalua Bay or Napili Bay and restaurants nearby. Fantastic and i don't even play golf. If i did it would be even better, “hard to believe.”. Even Great free shuttle that will pick you up quickly after a simple phone call and take you to beaches for fun snorkeling or just kicking back. No parking problems 👍 furnished with all the beach needs ie. Chairs, rafts, boogie boards, etc. Furnished with all you'd need! I highly recommend this condo. Owner showed personal concern on your comfort with personal calls to see all was good!

A week in Paradise

We enjoyed our stay in the Kapalua Golf Villas in Maui. The complex is beautiful. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach with just a phone call away. Steve, the host, was quick to respond and good with communicating and giving recommendations of places to eat. The Villa was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and with equipment for the beach. Just a note, the thermostat is locked at 72 degrees if you prefer cooler temperatures. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we will go back again.

There was plenty of space for three adults needing separate sleeping spaces. The owners were most helpful giving advice for our trip planning. It is an easy walk to the beach and the shuttle is very easy to use. There were plenty of detergents, bags, and beach toys which eliminated the need to get on our own. I would definitely go back.

Always a perfect vacation spot

The two-room setup is perfect for families or couples vacationing together. Shared living space, yet separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. AC worked great, and ceiling fans and stand-alone fans added to the comfort. Stephen was good to work with our family, accommodating our unique situation. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the location is unbeatable. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect and Peaceful!

This was a perfect condo! It was very clean and comfortable. Steven was very nice, and helpful. We called him a few times with question and he got right back to us. It was nice to have items for the beach/pool(chairs, boogie boards, etc.). Loved having the shuttle that would take and pick you up at the beaches. It was nice to be able to cook our meals in this beautiful kitchen. The pools were great! I liked that they were warm and not to cold. And having BBQ’s was a plus too! Definitely very peaceful, not a lot of people around like a hotel would. Loved sitting on the Lanai and watching the golfer play by. They were all very friendly too! Nice condo in lovely resort

Lovely clean condo in beautiful resort, located in a gorgeous scenic part of Maui. Very convenient to excellent restaurants, beautiful beaches and scenic hikes. Resort shuttle was very useful. We had a wonderful stay.
